It is a pointless exercise spending time, money and effort viewing property if you subsequently cannot proceed with the reservation and purchase timescale.

TRUSTED ADVICE

We can recommend several English Speaking local independent Solicitors to act on your behalf. The normal charge is about 1% of the purchase price. Solicitors are strictly governed by Spanish Law to act in your best interest at all times & will ensure a totally trouble free purchase to get your deeds.

When you find a suitable property that ticks all of the boxes in your budget and you wish to proceed further, then we will guide and advise you of the correct and legal way to proceed. With both new or re-sale homes the reservation process is similar, we draw up the basic reservation paperwork clearly showing the agreed buying price, taxes and running costs.

We inform the owner of your intention to proceed and a minimum deposit of 3,000€ or £3,000 is needed to secure the reservation and remove the property from the market. Deposits can be made by bank draft payable to Bravo, by credit or debit card or by bank transfer but must be received in Spain before the Solicitor can draw up any contract.

Solicitors are strictly governed by Spanish Law to act in your best interest at all times and will ensure a totally trouble free purchase to get your deeds.
