Welcome to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre’s corporate hospitality handbook!

We’re delighted to have you on board as a Corporate Partner and are committed to providing you with access to some of the world’s biggest and most exciting events. To make your experience as seamless and memorable as possible, we’ve designed this handbook as your ‘go to’ resource. In the following pages, you’ll find details on how to arrange food and beverages for your Suite, including menus and how to use our secure online ordering portal, along with a list of frequently asked questions.

GETTING HERE

The Adelaide Entertainment Centre is conveniently located on the fringe of the CBD and easily accessible via public transport. A tram stop is located directly in front of the Entertainment Centre on Port Road, providing free and frequent public transport to and from the City. Taxi ranks, bus and train stops are also located within a short walking distance.

Accessing our VIP Car Park & Corporate Suites

As a valued Corporate Partner, you will receive a number of complimentary car parking spaces in our secure, undercover VIP car park to use during events. These tickets will be emailed to you prior to each event and can be quickly and easily passed onto your clients.

Entry to the car park is via Port Road, and the car park is located just metres from the Corporate Level where our Suites are located. Please refer to adjacent map.

The Adelaide Entertainment Centre has a proud history of consistently delivering mouth-watering menus using the best of fresh, local South Australian produce. For our Corporate Suite guests, we alternate between two different menus throughout the year to provide variety for those who are regularly entertaining.

Online Ordering

Organising food and beverage for your Suite is just as easy as just a few clicks away! Prior to each event, we’ll send you an email to advise when orders for Corporate Suite food and beverage open, including a link to our secure online ordering portal. Email reminders will be sent two weeks prior to each event, with a final reminder on the day orders close. You will be asked for payment once your selection has been finalised.

Please note, Corporate Suite food and beverage orders close seven days prior to each event. Orders received after this time will be from a limited menu and may incur a $300 late fee.

Additional food and beverages can be requested during the event, subject to availability, and will require credit card payment.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How many events will we get access to?

On average, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre hosts around 60 events in our Arena each year, with an additional 60 events in our Theatre, providing plenty of opportunities for you to entertain your clients.

When do you provide the tickets for each event?

Corporate Suite holders can download their tickets via the online portal (http://bit.ly/AEC-order) in advance of each event.

What happens if we lose our tickets?

All tickets can be suspended or deactivated and re-issued and sent either via email, or made available for collection upon arrival. In case of lost tickets, please contact our Commercial team via email at [email protected] or phone 8208 2222.

Do we have to purchase food for every event?

No, you choose when you require catering.

You can order catering in advance via our secure online ordering portal, or simply order on the day. Please note, items available for purchase on the day are subject to availability, and any purchases will require a credit card payment.

When is the catering deadline?

All catering orders are required seven days prior to the event. Any orders received after this time will be from a limited menu and may incur a $300 late fee.

As mentioned above, you can also place orders on the day, however items will be subject to availability and require credit card payment.

Can we order different drinks to those offered within our Suite on the day?

Yes, however our preference is to have everything set up in your Suite as you’d like it prior to your arrival. If you would like something specific, please let us know in advance.

How do I know which events are in the Arena and which are to be held in the Theatre?

All event locations are detailed on our website. Please be aware that event locations can change from time to time, so we encourage you to please refer to our website prior to each event to confirm.

What do I do if my guests or I have any issues or questions during the event?

A member of our Commercial team is onsite at every event, and our friendly event staff are always happy to help.
