Corporate Culture 1. Principle Our actions and ways of communicating are marked with a large portion of reciprocal understanding, re- spect and support. We deliberately listen and make a concerted effort to understand, to respect and to mutually support one another. We are binding in what we say and do. We pay attention to our choice of words and our cultivated behavior. We confront disruptive behavior directly with the concerned; openly and honestly. Supervisors are available for assistance. 2. Principle As in principle 1, the same applies to our customers; we treat them in a sincere and professional manner. We are genuinely interested in their needs and our actions are aimed accordingly. We aim to be cordial and obliging. We offer more than our customers expect from us. 3. Principle Our pursuit for growth demands a sound foundation providing high amounts of innovation and flexibility. We avoid excessive pressure, allowing us to remain proactive. We think and act in the corporate spirit and utilize our resources sensibly. We pursue only the essential and set our priorities accordingly. We contribute ideas leading us to new innovations providing us with market leader status. 4. Principle Our corporate culture leaves room for a positive and humorous cooperation. We interact openly and spontaneous and live our social competence. We provide opportunities to encounter each other outside the place of work. We are tolerant towards our colleagues. These principles apply especially to our management Our company goals are defined and transparently communicated to all levels, allowing for execution based on individual responsibility. We make decisions by including the relevant peo- ple with the respective authority. We assess all possible consequences in the deci- sion making process. We manage our staff by means of results and culture. We maintain a positive but critical stance towards our fellow employees, allowing us to promote inde- pendence in achieving their personal goals. We continuously monitor target achievements and assist with punctual corrections. We can motivate ourselves, allowing us to portray such motivation on to others. We promote the team spirit by example and act out our corporate culture. We provide for and promote a creative environ- ment.
