What do we want to achieve?
Always begin the next production process
at a higher level of experience
Cover the entire process and not just base feedbacks
on observations from the final stage
Specify and clarify the actual problem as much as possible.
The higher quality of the problem specification, the better solution!

Possibility of meeting across professions to share experience
Feedback procedure in two tempi:
The local evaluation &
The joint evaluation
Each member of the project management group
is responsible for his/her local group
Production department
Costume & make-up
STAGE & LIGHT & sound/video
Artistic department: administration
& soloists + chorus + orchestra
The evaluation form is printed at the beginning of the process and is posted as a daily reminder
The local feedback meeting
Joint feedback meeting
The joint evaluation will be attended by the people representing the local meetings
The project manager prepares the agenda based on the reporting from the local groups
All issues will be included in the agenda. NO censorship!
The meeting opens with the project manager outlining the subjects to be discussed
The group will be divided into smaller units:
Group discussions on the subjects – making priorities
Joint summing-up
Summing-up
AGAIN: making priorities!
1. What can be solved in the group gathered today?- How? - And who is responsible for this action?
2. Is there anything we have to forward to the Theatre Management?
• Max. 2 issues! • The administrative director is responsible for pushing
this process
Documentation
• The project managers prepare a short summary for posting on the intranet
• Each participant is obliged to return to his/her own department/local group and inform about the result
Documentation
• The HRdepartment will follow up on the issues addressed to the Theatre Management making sure decisions are being made and published (intranet)
• HR push the process of an on-going review of the conclusions from the feedback meetings
