Supply us with your needed belt width or the needed frame width(A) and we can design the correct spreader to meet your Conveyor needs


We are able to attach any Connection System(Bolt On, Quick Lock, or Pin Lock)onto the desired height needed and the desired belt width as needed. Let us knowand we can design it for your special need.

This gives our Customers the option of still using it as a roof hung product orhaving the flexibility to use the Floor Mounted system.

Each design incorporates our fully powder coated legs for better life expectancyand added value

Available in the tradition slotted design (Shown right) or the “Mickey Mouse” Style(Shown Left)

Our standard style incorporates both styles. This leaves the ability for flexibility in thedesign still securing the troughing assemblies properly and safely

New or Replacement IdlersReplacement or new system idlers are available with the same level of customization to meet your conveyor needs. From large hex, small hex, slot ends, different bearings, idler wall thickness, overall lengths, sizes, and shaft requirements, JM Conveyor can deliver top quality replacement parts to ensure a continued future for your conveyor project no matter the age or previous installation.

Each idler is tested immediately following the installation of the bearing. This allows us to confirm the quality before we ship any items.
