• Address cases involving pollinating insects such as bees,wasps, and others, in order to protect biodiversity andreduce the risk, according to competencies as theenvironmental authority in the Metropolitan Area of theAburrá Valley.
In accordance with the law 99 of 1993, which in its article 31defines competences for corporations as environmentalauthority to execute, manage, operate and maintain incoordination with local authorities, research projects,programs of sustainable development and environmentaleducation that are necessary for the defense and protectionof the environment and the renewable natural resources.
