to the SYF D2 Championship Games to be played at Vista Del Lago High School on Saturday, November 3, 2018.

Warm-Up Field Please have your athletes on the field ready to play 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. The 8u teams are

welcome to warm up on the main field; all other teams can warm up in advance of game time on the grass field north of the Vista HS Stadium, behind the Away bleachers, and adjacent to the pool, as per the attached site map.

Admission Prices $6 – General

$4 – Children 3 to 11; $3 - Seniors 65+

Free – Children 2 and under; players in uniform; Coaches/Board in uniform and with SYF badges.

Fan Seating Teams listed above as HOME will use the Home-side sidelines (press box side) and their fans will occupy the

Home-side bleachers (press box side). Teams listed above as AWAY will use the Away sidelines (opposite the press box) and their fans will occupy the Away-side bleachers (opposite the press box).

Food and Beverage No outside food or drink will be allowed in the stadium. Teams may bring one snack ice chest but it must be stored

and remain outside the track fence line at all times. The Vista Jr. Eagles will have a full snack bar including hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, drinks, snacks, etc. No sunflower seeds or popcorn allowed on the field. The only

beverage allowed on the field is water and we will provide ice water jugs for your teams and replenish them throughout the day. Please bring water bottles that can be filled from the jugs on the sideline.

Other Information • Home teams should wear dark colored jersey and Away teams should wear light colored jerseys. Teams

should resolve all jersey color issues in advance of games.

• Away teams must provide 3 chain gang volunteers for each game.

• Please provide player and coach rosters to the press box prior to the start of each game for announcements.

• Your cheer squads are invited to perform during halftime. Please ensure that the press box receives a copy of their music prior to game time. Away team cheer squads will perform first.

• Vista Jr Eagles will ensure EMT personnel are present for all games and SYF will provide game officials.

• Only authorized participants and SYF badge-holding coaches/board members are permitted on the field.

• No animals are permitted on the Vista Del Lago High School grounds.

• 8u, 10u, and 12u trophy presentations will take place immediately following each game on the grass warm up

field north of the main stadium field. 14u trophy presentation will take place on the main stadium field.

conveniently located throughout the stadium.

Parking Please park in the lot nearest the swimming pool facility as indicated in the attached site map. Be courteous

when parking. Park only in stalls and do not block cars from getting in and out of the parking lot. Thank You!
