• NTC values assessed by a Technical Task Force (TTF) and approved by a Steering Committee composed by all the TSOs involved

• Definition of ‘balanced’ and ‘unbalanced’ NTC values

• Possibility to review NTC values during the year according to TTF analisys and operation results
