Make it Fun.
Presentation by Ron Culberson
If you’ve ever had a boss who was really good at what he
or she did but was also fun to be around, you didn’t mind
arriving early or working late. In fact, you probably loved your
job. That’s the power of Do it Well, Make it Fun. It’s about
seeking excellence but making the process of life and work
more fun. Based on Ron Culberson’s book by the same name,
this presentation shows HR staff and leaders how to create a
less stressful work environment where people want to work.
It also helps them understand that excellence combined with
fun and humor can improve productivity, create better working
relationships, enhance creativity, change the workplace culture,
and lead to the delivery of better products and services.
Presentation Topics о Manage stress by changing others’ perspective and helping
them see the humor that’s all around them
о Improve relationships with others through empathy, clarity,
and humor
о Make processes in life and work more effective and more fun
Making The Connection
Presentation by Julie Gaver This engaging and highly interactive workshop will equip
you with everything you need to make solid connections at
your next networking event. Your experience will be high
touch, not high tech. You will learn how to overcome fear, start
conversations that matter, and see what not to do with your
business card. So get out of your chairs and get ready to move!
It’s time to Make the Connection!
The Language of Multiculturalism Will Make You a Great Leader
Presentation by Dr. Richard Stevens In today’s world, great leaders must recognize and value
diversity in the workplace. This session explores issues of
power and privilege as they tie to microaggressions and bias,
and how strong leaders can foster individuals’ growth, create
a sense of belonging to increase creativity, ownership, and
productivity in a work setting. Participants begin to explore
how everyday words and phrases, institutional policies, and
social norms can impact work environments.
Presentation Topics о Understand power and privilege
о Understand microaggressions: what they are, their impact,
and how to address them
о Create a sense of belonging in the workplace for both
employees and clients
“Great leaders must recognize and value diversity
in the workplace.”
