a) Delivery schedule: Supplier should supply & installation of package 1 & 2 As per Schedule of
Requirement.
b) Supplier should submit the technical specifications (technical data sheet) of package No.1. with
the proposal document.
Qualification Criteria
For Package No.2
a) The offered goods/equipment shall be latest and in current production for a minimum of 2
years.
b) The Bidder shall have a minimum of last 2 years specific experience in the supply of
similar Goods and related services of nature to government enterprises or private
institutions. [In case of JV, at least one partner must meet the requirement]
c) The average annual turnover during the last 2 years should be 100% of the bidder amount.
[In case of JV, at least one partner must meet the 40 percent of the total requirement,
other partners must meet at least 25 percent of the total requirement and all partners
combined must meet the total requirement.]

Real Time PCR is an instrument that employs precise temperature control and rapid temperature changes to conduct the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with Real-time amplification of DNA/RNA from purified samples.

5 Computer Requirement:

6 Accessories, Spares and Consumables
6.1
All standard accessories, consumables and parts required to operate the equipment, including all standard tools and cleaning and lubrication materials, to be included in the offer. Bidders must specify the quantity of every item included in their offer (including items not specified above).
7 Operating Environment
7.1 3KVA online UPS Backup of suitable rating for at least 60 minutes to be supplied for the entire system.
7.2
The system offered shall be designed to store and to operate normally under the conditions of the purchaser's country. The conditions include Power Supply, Climate, Temperature, Humidity, etc.

Power supply: 220-240V/ 50 Hz AC Single phase fitted with appropriate plugs to meet purchaser's country requirements. The power cable must be minimum3 metres long.

1 Technical Specifications
1.1 Furniture details:
Made of (17 to 19mm) thick Jet Black Granite Top with
chamfer moulding at the front & groove at the bottom to avoid
chemical spillage on the modules. Worktop will be fixed with
the module by foam tape, all joints are sealed with Epoxy
sealant. Marine grade plywood bed would be charged separately
if needed
Completely made of 1 mm GI sheets as per IS 277 standard
material having superior aesthetics CRCA corrodes and hence
not acceptable.
The shutter & drawer front should be of sandwich construction.
Foam sheet filled in shutter gaps is not allowed.
The sound deadening plastic bumpers to be used to minimize
banging noise while closing the shutter. The entire module is
made up of GI panels and are bolted for high corrosion
resistance. Welding of modules is not acceptable.
The shutters are mounted to the modules by hinges which are
openable to 95 degree & self-closing on return. Lockable roller
bearing must use so that the drawer will not fall.
The telescopic drawer slides which should be very sturdy &
able to take load upto 30kg. All modules to have lock and dual
key arrangement. The lock ring should be plastic & not metal.
1.2 Module Bottom Frame: -
Made of E.R.W.M.S. square Tubes 30x30mm x 1.2mm thick &
angles 25x25mm x 1.2mm thick welded & finished with epoxy
powder coating. Level adjustment bolt will be fitted in all legs
which have nylon coated head.
1.3 Knee Space area: -
Foot rest with openable back cover panel. It must be adjustable
+ 100 mm. Instrumentation and Sitting area knee space need to
be 600 or 750 mm.

7 Warranty
7.1 Warranty for 2 year.

9 Installation and Commissioning
9.1 The bidder must arrange for the equipment to be installed and commissioned by
certified or qualified personnel; any prerequisites for installation to be communicated
to the purchaser in advance, in detail.
10 Documentation
10.1 User /instructions manual in English.
Other Terms and Conditions of the Proposal:
(i) The supplier should submit document stating the stock evidence of required quantity or the evidence with purchase order of required quantity in given timeframe.
(ii) The Supplier should submit ISO, CE or USFDA certificate as mention in Specification of required item.
(iii) The supplier should quote the price of package item and Hospital evaluates package wise & award the lowest amount of package. Supplier shall quote single or more packages.
(iv) The supplier should supply the item according to hospital purchase order (partially or fully) as per hospital need. The quantity mention in Price Schedule will be increased or decreased as per hospital need.
(v) Hospital has right to fully/partially accept or decline the proposal submitted by the supplier.
3. Form of Agreement
THIS AGREEMENT made the dayof 20 between [name of
Purchaser] (hereinafter called “the Purchaser”) of the one part and [name of Supplier] of [city and country of Supplier] (hereinafter called “the Supplier”) of the otherpart:
WHEREAS the Purchaser invited Priced Quotation for certain goods and ancillary services, viz., [brief
description of goods and services] and has accepted a Price Quotation by the Supplier for the supply of those
goods and services in the sum of [contract price in words and figures] (hereinafter called “the Contract Price”).
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:
• In this Agreement words and expressions shall have the same meanings as are respectively assigned to them in
the Conditionsof Contract referred to.
• The following documents shall be deemed to form and be read and construed as part of this Agreement,viz.:
• PriceQuotationFormandthe PriceSchedulesubmittedbythe Supplier;
• The Schedule ofRequirements;
• The TechnicalSpecifications;
• The Conditions of Contract;and
• The Purchaser’s Notification ofAward.
• In consideration of the payments to be made by the Purchaser to the Supplier as hereinafter mentioned, the
Supplier hereby covenants with the Purchaser to provide the goods and services
andtoremedydefectsthereininconformityinallrespectswiththe provisionsofthe Contract.
• The Purchaser hereby covenants to pay the Supplier in consideration of the provision of the goods and services
and the remedying of defects therein, the Contract Price or such other sum as may become payable under the
provisions of the contract at the times and in the manner prescribed by theContract.
IN WITNESS whereof the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be executed in accordance with their
