IBIZWAVE reserves the right in its sole discretion to change, renew, straighten or upgrade its service, products and compensation plan at any time. The purpose of this document is to serve as compensation plan guide during the pre-launch phase. The final compensation plan which might include some small tweaks and improvements will be released when iBizWave will launch.

To understand the iBizWave Compensation Plan, it is important to understand the distinction between Independent Associates and Customers. iBizWave is in the business of acquiring new customers who purchase our retail product the iBizWave Toolbox. Independent Associates are compensated strictly on the sale of iBizWave products (both their personal sales, and the sales made by their team). No commissions are paid out for recruiting new Associates.

Associate Module Purchase RequirementBecoming an associate at iBizWave is free but to get full access to the associate module which can help you familiarize new Associates with ibizWave products, services, sales techniques, sales aids, and other matters, the Company requires that Associates purchase the Associate Module for $25.00. The Associate mod-ule fee is waived for the first 12 months after registering as an associate. Also, by buying the iBiz Toolbox and having an active subscription to the iBizWave tool-box, Associates can maximize their commissions.

The Associate Module is an online tool that includes a Personalized Marketing Website and Back Office System as well as an online Training Program with es-sential Sales and Marketing tools to help Associates build their iBizWave busi-ness. iBizWave Associate module yearly fee purchases are not commissionable.Enrolment as an Associate, creates a “Business System” in the iBizWave Market-ing Organization which tracks the sales generated by you and your team.

Retail Customer When an Associate makes an iBizWave product sale to a Retail Customer who does NOT Choose to become an associate, the Customer will be listed in the Associate’s back office under “My Retail Sales” and will NOT fill a position in the Associate’s Matrix or the binary.

Charge Backs & RefundsiBizWave reserves the right to recover sales volume credited or commissions paid to an Associate any time a commissionable purchase of any kind is refunded to a Customer.

FIRST STEP: ENROLL IN IbIzWAvE AS AN ASSOCIATE It is required to purchase the iBiz toolbox in order to become an Independent Associate with iBizWave. Upon enrollment as an iBiz Associate, you will be required to purchase an iBiz toolbox for $125. You will need to select your monthly subscription package: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond or Enterprise. You will receive a personal iBizWave website and unlimited access to full back office service for 12 months. The annual renewal fee for these services is $25 US. After you have completed the application process, you will be an Independent Assocciate with iBizWave. You will have access to an Asocciate Center and can begin building your business.

iBizWave is a product driven company. All earned commissions and bonuses are based on the sale and consumption of product. We recommend that you choose the Product Package that best suits the goals and needs for your business.

1. Fast Start Sponsor bonus You receive a Fast Start Sponsor Bonus in the first-month purchases of new Assocciates and customers that you enroll.

You’ll EARN one time $25.00 Sponsor Bonus for every person who buys the iBiz Toolbox from your iBizWave affiliate website.

For example, if you find five people, who buy the iBiz Toolbox, you will earn 5 x $25.00 = $125 in Fast Start Bonuses.

Sponsor 10 customers or associates who buy the iBiz Toolbox, you will earn 10 x $25 = $250 in sponsor bonuses.

2. Matrix Cycle CommissionsWhen an associate purchase the iBiz Toolbox / business center package through your filling out Affiliate website, they become your PERSONAL iBizWave Associate. The names of your new Associates will start fill in the empty slots in your 2x3 matrix in the order that they purchases from your website as illustrated here to the right. A completely filled 2x3 Matrix consisting of fourteen (14) Independent Associates (who also purchased the iBiz Toolbox) is commonly referred to as one “Cycle,” you will earn a bonus of $500.00 for every “Cycle” you generate.

Your 2x3 Matrix can be filled with YOUR Personal Independent Associates; in addition, your 2x3 Matrix can be filled with the Independent Associates of OTHERS as well.

Matrix Re-entry One Cycle = Automatic Re-Entry into A Brand New 2x3 Matrix. Every time you generate a completely filled 2x3 Matrix consisting of a total of 14 Independent Associates. You will automatically get assigned a brand new 2x3 Matrix under your Sponsor. You can build an unlimited number of 2x3 matrixes.

Follow Me When one of your Personal Independent Associates in any of your 2x3 Matrixes cycle and earn their own Cycle Bonus, this Personal Independent Associate will “Follow You” into the next available slot in your current matrix. 3. Matrix Matching bonuses

Tier 1 & 2 Matching bonusesiBizWave also rewards you for the Matrix business-building efforts of your Independent Associates, Two tiers below you: Tier 1 - 10% Matching BonusEarn an additional 10% of the Matrix Cycle Commissions of your Personally Sponsored Associates. When any of your Personal Independent Associates “Follow You” by cycling back into your current matrix, you will earn a $50.00 bonus. Tier 2 - 10% Matching BonusYou receive a bonus when an Independent Associate in your Tier 2 cycles closes his/her cycle in the current matrix of one of your Personal Independent Associates; you will earn a $50.00 bonus. For example, if you Sponsored Joe and Joe sponsored Jenny. If Jenny’s Matrix Cycle Commissions were $500 USD, you would earn an extra $50 USD.

There is no limit to the number of Matrix Matching Bonuses you can earn!

Qualification

Matrix Cycle Bonuses Tier 1 & 2 BonusesiBizWave Associates must activate their business system by making their first two (2) qualifying product sales.

This qualification is valid for 12 months and once achieved the business sys-tem will remain active as long as the Associate maintains two sales in a 12 month period.

There is no qualification to earn your first matrix cycle bonus.

The Independent Associate must also be active and have paid their annual business center fee.

The Independent Associate must be active, have made two sales in a twelve-month period and have paid their an-nual business center fee.

Tier 1 Qualification: Have 4 active per-sonally sponsored associates.

Tier 2 Qualifications: Have 6 active personally sponsored associates.

Weekly Pay Period Matrix Commissions are paid every Friday, with a two-week delay.

4. binary Team Monthly residual income A Binary compensation plan allows participants to have only two front-line distributors. These are commonly referred to as the head of the “Left Leg” and head of the “Right leg” respectively. Your sponsor places you in an open position in his or her sales organization. Your new binary position is called a Business Center. Each Business Center has a left and right side, in which sales volume accumulates.

If a participant sponsors more than two distributors, the excess referrals are placed at levels below. The two legs can grow on the inside and the outside, referred to as the inside leg and the outside leg. The outside leg, also known as the power leg, can benefit from placement of new associates not only from your recruiting efforts, but also from the recruiting efforts of your up line. This is known as spillover. Earning Binary Team Commissions As members in your two groups begin upgrading their free memberships to any of the paid packages, your Group Volume begins to grow.

Residual income can be earned from Associates or Customers who subscribe to any of the monthly packages. Monthly subscriptions options:

Each of your legs create Group business volume (GBV) as they grow and if the other leg fulfills the matching or equalization requirement of 1/3 : 2/3 match binary, meaning that by matching one third on one leg, qualifies you for a payout of two thirds on the other leg.

You Cycle when your Volume Point count reaches 300 BV with the requirement of 1/3: 2/3 match binary, meaning that by matching one third on one leg, qualifies you for a payout of two thirds on the other leg.

For Example: To capture and get binary pay for 200 of new BV on your left leg, you only need to acquire or match it with 100 new BV on your right leg.

Each CYCLE will earn up to $30 in commission check if qualified.

Infinite levels deep Binary commissions are paid to infinite levels deep, and it doesn’t matter whether you have enrolled those associates or customers personally, or whether they have been enrolled by other associates in your down-line, or whether they have been placed below you by your up-line (i.e. Spillover).

Placement Your first personally sponsored member is ALWAYS placed in your POWERLEG. The second „2nd“ member you personally sponsor is ALWAYS placed in your PROFIT-LEG.

When a new members join you, they will be placed to the farthest OUTSIDE position as possible. Binary Team Commissions will be calculated weekly.

Example Monthly Subscription binary Commissions:The table below depicts the earnings that our members can make for different example numbers of total associates or customers in your down-line. This assumes that these students are in a 1/3rds to 2/3rds balance on both of your two organizational legs.

*When and if PROGRAM total payout of commissions exceeds 50% of the volume for any given pay period, the company adjusts the commission to have a maximum of 50% payout.

How Do You Qualify for binary Team Commissions? After as you become Associate, every sales volume from NEW associate or customer product order in your binary team (left and right) will count toward your next check! To earn commissions, associates need to be active and qualified. To qualify to earn binary commissions, you will need to enroll one member on your Left Team and one member on your Right Team (2 total members.)

By upgrading to the bronze level, you qualify to earn on the Bronze volume in your Group One and Group Two.

By upgrading to the Silver level, you qualify to earn on the Bronze and SILVER volume in your Group One and Group Two.

Upgrade to the GOLD level, and you earn on volume from all iBizWave product sales Volume.

Bronze: earn up to $1,000 maximum per week in commissions.

Silver: earn up to $10,000 maximum per week in commissions.

Sales volume (Sv): Sales Volume (SV) is a point value assigned to each commissionable product that is used to calculate the BinaryTeam Cycle Bonuses.

group Sales volume (gSv): The SV that accumulates in your Left and Right Binary Sales Teams based on your Active status and subscription status.

binary Team Commission Qualified: You have at least 1 Personally Sponsored and Active Associate on both your Left and Right Teams.

1. What is binary TEAM?The Binary Team Placement Tree is the Tree in which you place your new Personally Enrolled Associates at the time of enrollment. As both your Sales Teams (Left and Right) grow you personally enroll new Associates and place them on your Left and Right Sales Teams. We recommend you place new Associates at the next available position on the bottom of your outside legs. The Associates you enroll duplicate your actions and start to personally enroll Associates of their own using the same tree.

2. What are binary TEAM Cycle bONUSES?Associates are eligible to earn Team Bonuses by building two Sales Teams – the Left sales Team and the Right Sales Team. In the event that there is unused volume, (Example: six sales on one team but 0 on the other) as long as you are active, (paying your monthly fee) those sales will carry over.

8. What if I don’t Qualify for Matrix Commissions?Any “Unqualified Commissions” from Matrix will be held in “Pending” until qualification is achieved.
