Statement of Typical Participant`s Earnings

The primary source of income of a typical participant in the Compensation Plan of

PM-International Nutrition & Cosmetics Canada Inc. is from compensation on personal

and downline sales of products and/or services. Personal earnings will vary.

A typical participant in the Plan earns between Cdn $ 1 et Cdn $ 3,000 annually. Please

note that these earnings are estimates and have been derived from the Company's affiliated

company in Germany, which operates similar and comparable compensation

plans, selling comparable products in Germany.

Déclaration des revenus d’un participant type.

La principale source de revenus d’un participant type conformément au Plan de

Rémunération de PM-International Nutrition & Cosmetics Canada Inc. est celle sur

les ventes de produits/ services effectuées à titre personnel ou par le biais de la ligne

descendante. Les revenus personnels sont variables. Le revenu annuel d’un participant

type selon le Plan de Rémunération s’échelonne entre Cdn $ 1 et Cdn $ 3,000. Veuillez
