WTR’S INVESTMENT IN TOLL ROAD
▪ The main players of toll road industry are (i) Jasa Marga (±1,527 km toll road in 2018)*, (ii) Waskita (±771,27 km for 15 toll roads through WTR in April 2021), (iii) Hutama Karya (±650 km in 2019)**.
▪ Besides Java, WTR is also active in developing toll roads in Sumatra, namely Kayu Agung-Palembang-Betung toll road (111.69 km), and Kuala Tanjung – Tebing Tinggi – Parapat toll road (143.25 km).

GOVERNMENT’S SUPPORT TO ACCELERATE TOLL ROAD DEVELOPMENTAs one of the strategic project, the Government gives full support, both in investment and regulation side, for the toll road development in order to boost connectivity and lower the logistic fee.
TOLL ROAD MASTER PLAN
The government has ed to operate 6,115 km toll roads on 2025.Therefore, each of toll road construction will be supported by thegovernment to achieve.
GOVERNMENT’S ROLE
Ministry of Public Works & Housing Regulation Number 18/PRT/M/2016
▪ The land acquisition for toll road construction is theresponsibility of the Government and the fund may beoriginating from the State Budget, which can becovered first by Business Entity.
▪ The land acquisition fund for Toll Road construction isprovided by the Government through the appointedagencies, which is the Public Service Agencies (BLU) ofState Asset Management.
▪ In the case of Public Service Agencies of State AssetManagement referring to sentence yet to operate, theBusiness Entities could use the Business Entity’s fundfor land acquisition.
▪ Public Service Agencies of State Asset Management willreimburse the business entity’s fund that used for landacquisition.
▪ The Commitment Maker Official of land acquisition(”PPK Pengadaan Lahan”) will be in charge to executethe land acquisition and will provide compensation tothe holders of land rights.
