19.1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Farmer registration and grouping in organization:

Register a farmer in organization with basic information like name, address, total land area,

major crops etc. Each registered farmer will get ID number. About 20-50 farmer makes a

group. Each group has group leader to survey any kind of information to group members.

a) Providing crops wise agriculturists suggestions as a crops calendar:

Agriculturists provide crops wise suggestions like in which time which corps is perfect to

seed, kinds of crops, time of fertility and so more. Each agriculturist can provide suggestion

to individual farmer too.

b) Farmer getting major crops wise suggestion's as reminder.

Each registered farmer will get crops and perform time wise notification by SMS what is

given by agriculturist that he/she can't miss any suggestions.

c) Checking-up farmer's suggestion tasks by assigned field officer:

Field officer (FO) have to go farmer's field and talk with farmer that he/she has performed

his/her suggestion task. FO must recommended to take snap current situation of field and

write remarks about its to submit whole status agriculturist.

d) Raw materials (seed, fertilizer) collect from supplier to store in organization shop:


Organization's shop have to collect product from approved supplier like NAFFCO.

e) Sales product to registered or walking customer:

Each shop can sales product to farmer. The need to trace registered farmer by ID. Farmer can

buy product from shop on credit or on cash.

f) Organization employee information automated.

g) Shop accounting and inventory automation.

list of untagged farmers .
