and delivery of high integrity pipe bend & piping components for pipeline
routing across oil & gas upstream, midstream, & downstream.

TechoBend is accredited & certified to the ISO 9001 Quality Management

manufacturing plant, approximately 2.5 hactares in size, is strategically
located at Bogor, 40KM to the Southeast of Jakarta, Indonesia. With our
state of the art facilities, we produce High Frequency Induction Hot Bends
up to 52” OD, and a comprehensive range of BW Fittings such as LR/SR
Elbows, Reducers, Tees, and Caps.

Butt-welding fittings short radius elbows and returns purchased in accordance with this specification shall conform to the dimensions and tolerances given in the latest revision of ANSI B16.9 and B16.28, respectively. ASTM standards define the specific manufacturing process of the material and determine the exact chemical composition.

In adherence with global demand & the high standard set down by the industry, TechnoBend provide a comprehensive in-house testing facilities to identify any hidden indication of potential flaws in conjunction with the application specifications.
The process of non destructive testing determines the existence of flaws, discontinuities, leaks, contamination, thermal anomalies, or imperfections in materials, components or assemblies without impairing the integrity or function of the inspected component.
Our Quality Control Management incorporates a statistical process control, audit, with full traceability & identification system. Each product has its own identity, beginning from the front end cutting to the final finished product with stringent guidelines that define each piece down to the finest detail.

Destructive testing at the laboratory is designed to produce consistent & repeatable result from representative sample test pieces to determine that should one component fails in a certain way, it can be expected that others that are manufactured with a similar process will produce similar results.
TechnoBend provides comprehensive destructive tests that stretch, bend, facture; they are intended to strain the sample test components to the extreme in a controlled environment. The objective is to ensure that our products will perform safely when in operation under extreme stress, high temperatures & extreme conditions.
