Works. These works were completed on a part brownfield town centre site(located in the heart of

Killarney). Careful sequencing of works was vital due to access only from the site as adjacent

properties on 3sides. The fit out of the different floors has been carried out over the last number of

years as required by different longterm clients. Facilities include: Canteen/tea rooms/large scale

board room/studios. Open plan and closed plan workspace/office space. A large storage back house
