Richmond Enrollment• MCE began mailing opt out notices in April

– 5 notices total– 3 notices have already been mailed out

• Richmond customers will be offered service in July 2013

• Customers may choose to opt out by phone or web– mceCleanEnergy.com or 1 (888) 632-3674– Call center reps available 24 hrs/day, 7 days/week

• Customers may request to opt out at any time

• After 60 days from start of service, an administrative fee will apply: – Residents: one time $5 fee – Businesses: one time $25 fee
