Other Details About this job Job description Commercial Planning and Activation Manager Just Imagine… Joining the world's leading premium drinks business, surprising and delighting our customers & consumers with brilliant marketing activations… The role Your main task will be to execute customer marketing activations in the OnTrade channel, ensuring return on investment. You roll out detailed marketing activation plans and promotional activities within time to ensure good visibility in the HoReCa. Customer Marketing and category growth drivers are central to your activation plans. Budgets are managed properly and alignment is created across the consumer and customer/sales agenda. Furthermore you work in close partnership with external agencies to develop POS and to manage the total value chain. World class selling propositions and seasonal plans, targets and briefings for each season are developed and delivered. In addition you engage the (field sales) teams and agree on lead times. Business performances are analysed carefully, making necessary interventions to keep us on track. You move with pace whilst having a constant focus on winning with our customers! Your profile You have a bachelor or university degree with 3(+) years’ experience in a trade/brand marketing role in FMCG. You have the ability to orchestrate all aspects of programme activations and you pay attention to detail (agency briefing, KPI setting, persuasive sell, material development, field sales briefing). Other requirements are: Fluency in Danish and the ability to communicate in advanced business English in verbal and writing. Previous channel / customer environment experience is desirable Analytical: you have the ability to spot patterns and opportunities from multiple data sources which are converted quickly into actionable implication Act like an owner: own & manage your projects as they were yours, both in terms of budget management and in terms of agility & restlessness. The role
