Refund policy: You will receive a full refund of your course fees if we cancel a course for any reason. If you cancel your enrolment, five working days notice is required in order to receive a full refund of fees paid. If less than 5 working days notice is provided, an administrative fee of 10% of the total course fee (or $50, whichever is the greater) will be deducted from your refund.

However, if you give less than 48 hours notice, or the course has already commenced, we cannot refund your fees unless there are exceptional circumstances which forced your withdrawal. In this case, you must write to the Centre Manager (PO Box 1930 Coffs Harbour 2450) within five working days of course commencement to request consideration for a refund.

A partial or full refund may be approved or declined depending on the individual circumstances of the student. If a student is not satisfied with the conditions under which a refund or partial refund is paid or denied then the Grievance Procedure will apply.

Using Your Computer to Preserve Your Family History John KerrThis course of three sessions of three hours is about using your computer for many aspects of family history and shows you how the computer can become an indispensable tool in the process.  It covers preserving old photos, slides, documents and film by scanning using different techniques. Challenging Interactions Shane Fitzgerald(Dealing with mental health issues in a client/customer service environment) A seminar for those employed in situations where contact and communication with people affected by mental illnesses is likely, or possible. The course aims to increase participants’ awareness of the issues affecting people with a mental illness, particularly regarding communication, as well as giving participants strategies that will improve their communication skills, improve their effectiveness in the work environment and improve safety for themselves and their clients.
