    NB: The Chocolate Cocktail Drinks Maker will not cut solid pieces so it

    is important that all ingredients are liquid, or in pieces small enough

    to melt. Hard fruit, ice, fudge and nuts should be avoided, however,

    in many cases it is easy to nd a substitute ingredient in the form of

    syrups, avouring, sauces and purees.

    everybody the most important ingredient in a Chocolate Cocktail is fun!

    The measures provided are meant as a guide; if you want it to be more chocolaty add

    more chocolate! If you want it to be more milky, add more milk and add each avouring to

    suit your taste.

    Depending on whether you want a divine lower fat version or creamy, indulgent treat -

    use milk that is skimmed, semi-skimmed, whole milk or even single cream!

    In many cases we have provided an alternative ingredient so that you can modify your

    chocolate Cocktails to suit your mood

    Use your favourite chocolate bar As long as it has no lling or any solid pieces such as

    nuts or fudge break up the bar into smaller pieces and add to the heated milk in your

    Instructions for useThe following recipes are made by heating and mixing all ingredients

    in a Giles & Posner Chocolate Cocktail Drinks Maker until all ingredients

    are well blended. A full Chocolate Cocktail jug will make 8 small cups

    or 4 mugs where a mug measures 250 ml. In the following

    recipes a serving equates to 250 ml.

    Vanilla Mocha Burst

    500 ml / 17.6 oz milk1 shot espresso56 ml / 2 oz Irish cream (substitute: 4 ozsingle cream)100 g / 3.5 oz of dark chocolate drops(approx 6 tbsp)

    Triple Chocolate Brandy Alexander

    Milkshakes
