o In AHTS project initial client scope surface preparation was SA 2.5 all the steel plates which is using to the construction is blasted and coated with Shop primed (Zinc ethyl silicate)it was explained and changed all the above water areas to SA 1 It was given major cost saving around $75,000 ( materials, manpower)

o Change the Abrasive in confined space which is using for Blasting from Garnet to copper slag it was given cost saving of $100000

o Implemented the latest technology on various levels to speed up the production and reduce the cost as well

Acknowledged for introducing the “Grit recovery” unit instead of manual cleaning increase the productivity by 50%.

Successfully addressed to the management usage of “Dehumidifier” and increased the productivity by 70%.
