WHAT IS COACHING?

• Coaching is a one-to-one relationship between a Participant and a Coach. The Participant sets goals and then works with the Coach to make sure the goals are achieved.

• The goal of Coaching is to help the Participants perform better (in life and work).

• Effective coaching within your organization will achieve two primary results:

1. Accelerate the development of Participants.

2. Increase engagement of Participants through building a Coaching Culture which lifts your organization to higher levels of achievement.

3. Greater staff and team alignment to the corporate vision and strategy –everyone uses CoachwellPro to track their Professional Goals with increased productivity and profit.

More than 100 studies, surveys, and research efforts show that the success of organizations today is directly related to employee health and engagement.

Companies have a 26% higher revenue per employee when employees are engaged. - Taleo, 2009

Companies that scored high in engagement (compared to those that scored low) have:• 22% higher profitability• 21% higher productivity• 10% higher customer metrics

One of the most effective ways to ensure engagement is to secure employee buy-in across all levels of the organization. When every employee understands how his or her role affects the organization, there is a deep sense of value and responsibility that connects people directly to the company’s success. - TTI International, 2013

STAFF ENGAGEMENT RESEARCH

• 37% lower absenteeism• 25% lower turnover (in high turnover organizations)• 65% lower turnover (in low turnover organizations) - Gallup, 2012
