Thanks for picking up our booklet on the benefits of affiliation with the QMU. We hope that we can provide you with everything you need to make your society a success. We hope you’ll consider affiliating to the QMU and hold some of your events here. We’re more than happy to work with you to ensure you get the help and support you need to run successful events and meetings. Feel free to let us know what you need and we’ll try to provide it.

1. Get your hands on an affiliation form, a copy of your con-stiution with an equal opportunities policy outlined and a full list of your membership.
2. Hand it in to the QMU Reception.
3. The Honorary Secretary will check all your documents fit with our affiliation rules which can be found in our bylaws document.
4. The Honorary Secretary will contact you to say you’re formally affiliated.
