Aircraft Logbooks – Automated Flight, Maintenance, and Historical Forms

G21-MES employs an automated Equipment Logbook (E-Log) that functions in both Garrison Mode (Online) and in Deployment Mode (Offline). G21-MES E-Log utilizes the latest series of automated DA 2408 forms to provide the Maintenance personnel with a comprehensive system for updating Aircraft logbooks, maintaining component data, and numerous other maintenance processes.

Aviation Support Equipment Section (ASES)

The Aviation Support Equipment Section (ASES) module helps maintenance organizations control its equipment support sections. The components of the ASES module are:

� Tool Room Management – Manage, track, and control all sensitive items stored in the Tool Room (Tool Crib).

� Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricants (P.O.L.) Management – Tracking and storage of P.O.L. items stored in a Maintenance Facility, along with expiration dates.

� Calibrations / TMDE – G21-MES assists when registering, tracking, and provides alerts on the status of all Calibrations and TMDE equipment.

� Automated Bench Stock Management & Replenishment– G21-MES uses a centralized database for management and consistency of all parts, equipment, and assets.


Automated Work Orders

G21-MES provides completely automated Maintenance Work Orders for the different types of Maintenance Checks and Services. Whether it is a PMCS, Scheduled Maintenance, or Unscheduled Maintenance, G21-MES MWO’s allow the PC, the Backshops, and the QC to integrate electronically.

G21-MES tracks all work orders to the Aviation intermediate Maintenance (AVIM). Production control can effectively assign and monitor all Work Order, the parts is returned to the customer.

G21-MES E-Log utilizes the latest series of automated DA 2408 forms to provide the Maintenance personnel with a comprehensive system.

G21-MES allows the Production Control, Maintenance Back Shops, and the Quality Control to electronically provide input to the same Maintenance Work Order (MWO).

Production Control creates and manages the MWO’s.

Maintenance Personnel can input task information and order parts. Quality Control inspects and approves.

G21-MES E-Log utilizes the latest series of automated

DA 2408 forms to provide the Maintenance personnel with a

comprehensive system.


Integrated Parts Requisitioning

Maintenance Technicians, Crew Chiefs, and Back Shop personnel are able to create and submit requisitions at any time while doing their daily work. Whether it is directly from a fault, inspection, or Maintenance Work Order, personnel can create and submit their requisitions with ease.

Maintenance personnel can create batches of requisitions, and when they are certain, they can simultaneously submit all of their requisitions. G21-MES will automatically assign document numbers and link each request to the associated work task.

G21-MES employs a Submit, Approve, Process, and Release work flow to ensure that requisitions are expediently handled. Once Production Control approves, the Technical Supply can process and immediately release to Maintenance personnel.

Production Control and Maintenance personnel always have visibility of where their requisitions are throughout the process. PC personnel are able to view Aircraft data, statuses, part requisitions, work orders, and to prepare the Aircraft to support the assigned missions.

Whether it is a PMCS, Scheduled Maintenance, or Unscheduled Maintenance, G21-MES MWO’s

allow the PC, the Backshop Shop, and the QC to integrate

electronically.

G21-MES provides Production Control, Maintenance managers, and Backshop managers total visibility & search capability of the Bench stocks in their location.

Crewmember Tracking tool to successfully plan and execute daily,

G21-MES contains a Crewmember database for Pilots, Examiners, Test Pilots, Crew Chiefs, Observers etc. G21-MES will track and update all flight hours automatically through intense integration with the Flight Schedule, as well as track Medical exams, proficiency tests, RL, and FAC, and other important information.


Grade Slips

Flight Operations examiners can build Grade Slip templates and use them to test the crewmembers on the various proficiency tests.

Air Traffic Control

G21-MES allows connectivity for Air Traffic Control personnel, so that they have access to the Daily Flights, Mission Information (if necessary), the crew, Takeoff and Landing Times, Parking information, Pilot Call signs, etc.
