(Milestone Based) Commence Project – 20%Discovery Complete – 20%Design Complete – 20%Dev complete – 20 %Test Complete – 10%Deploy Complete – 10%Pricing & Costs (USD 25K to 150K Projects)Recommended for Limited or fixed budget; MVPs;Small projects with limited project scope.
TIME & MATERIALS PROJECTSIt presupposes billing clients for actual work scope based on hourly rates of labor. Customers are charged for amount of hours spent on a specific project, plus costs of materials. The main advantage of T&M model is flexibility and opportunity to adjust requirements, shift directions, replace features, and involve users to get the very product.Pricing & Costs (USD 50K – 500K+)Recommended when Project scope is not yet fully known; You want flexibility to modify the scope or vary the workloads.
Lead Times: We typically will maintain a general resource pool to respond to most requests in 2 weeks or lower. Roles and Responsibilities: A clear R&R matrix will be provided as early as negotiation phase and will be actively managed by you Account and/or Project Manager.Resource Allocation: Resource Allocation will be made taking Lead times and R&R into consideration and customers input will be solicited.
