The services our Clinicians provide can help.

We provide a range of clinical approaches and techniques:

What to expect from Clinical Partners:

All our phones are answered by qualified psychotherapists or assistant psychologists. That means we will have a good understanding of the issues you might be experiencing and know how best to help you and your child.

We select our clinicians carefully, not only for their expertise and experience but also for their caring nature and compassion. Following an assessment appointment, you can expect a full report, with diagnosis and treatment recommendations if applicable.

Accessibility:We have locations based nationwide. If one of our consulting rooms does not have the access requirements you need, we will endeavour to find a suitable alternative.

We can provide oral and written communication in formats appropriate to any physical, sensory or learning impairments. We can also make provision for translators where necessary. Our aim is to ensure that our service is easily accessible to everyone who wishes to use it. We have an equality and diversity policy (available on request) and we aim to empower all of our clients regardless of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, culture or disability.

Quality Assurance and feedback:All our Clinicians are highly experienced and fully compliant with the registration requirements of their professional body, including Clinical Supervision and Continuing Professional Development. We ask all clients for feedback as a matter of course and meet regularly to learn from and implement changes suggested by this feedback. We hope that you will feel able to share your thoughts about the service with us.

Ethics:You should expect our work with you to meet the highest ethical standards. This means respecting your rights as an autonomous individual, enabling and empowering you in your current situation and ensuring that our work is in your (and your child’s) best interests. Our Partners adhere to the code of ethics of their professional body, and you can complain to Ofsted if you have any concerns.

We have a complaints procedure which should be given to you when we start our work. Ethical standards include regular reviews of safeguarding practice as well as reviews of our values in relation to Equality and Diversity (Equality Act 2010).

Guides:Our organisation has prepared a ‘Children’s Guide’ and a ‘Client Information Guide’ and these will be supplied at the beginning of any course of work together. The Children’s Guide sets out how to make a complaint to the Children’s Right’s Director if necessary and all information is provided. We can provide our information in a format appropriate to any physical, sensory or learning impairments.

All members of our organisation working in the adoption support agency are aware of the contents of the Statement of Purpose and should be able to offer you advice and support. This Statement of Purpose is approved by the Registered Manager for the Adoption Support Agency Board of Clinical Partners. The Statement of Purpose and Children’s Guide are reviewed and updated annually by the Adoption Support Agency registered manager and the Chief Executive.

Complaints Procedure:We have a complaints procedure summary policy which is sent to all clients of Clinical Partners. Clients can ask for a copy of the full complaints procedure by contacting Head Office.

It’s our hope that clients will feel able to contact us with any concerns, before they escalate to a complaint. We are keen to do the best for all our clients. We aim to deal with all complaints within 30 days of receipt of the complaint. If our response is not satisfactory we will pass the matter on to an independent person who is skilled at managing complaints and who will take over the complaint in order to bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion for you. You will also be passed information that will give you the route to complain to the Registration Authority who are Ofsted.
