Designed For YouThe components of the two-year SDCOE Clear Administrative Services Credential Program include:

40 hours per year of job-embedded, on-site coaching support with highly successful principals whose experience is aligned to your position. An SDCOE coach will be assigned within 30 days of program enrollment.

Our coaching is designed to enhance your role in maximizing your students’ achievement by aligning what you learn in the SDCOE Clear Administrative Services Credential Program with your daily practice.

20 hours per year (of the required 40 hours) of professional learning focused on evidenced-based leadership practices.

Personalized induction growth plan focused on the California Professional Standards for Education Leaders (CPSEL).

An end-of-program portfolio that demonstrates achievement of the CPSEL and an exit presentation on how your growth and leadership has impacted your student achievement.

Become A Systems Leader

The SDCOE Clear Administrative Credential Program is built on the SDCOE Systems Leadership Framework, which outlines the strengths, values, and goals needed to become a successful school administrator.

The tenets and qualities of a systems leader are the foundation of our professional learning opportunities, coaching certification, and coaching support to ensure a deep understanding of how to build a healthy, equity-centered organization.

To support you through your journey, our coaches are all highly-qualified and successful school principals. Through job-embedded coaching, our coaches work with you through your day-to-day administrative practices and challenges. They provide focused coaching and learning opportunities to support your success and growth toward the CPSEL.

Your Program Application

Applications are welcome now for the fall or spring cohort in the SDCOE Clear Administrative Services Program. A copy of your credentials is required as well as your commitment to completing the necessary requirements for success. Tuition payment is due at the beginning of each year. Payments can be made by check or credit card. The enrollment form and submission details are available at www.sdcoe.net/CASC-Program.

The cost for administrators is $7,500 for the two-year clear credential program.

Tuition break-down: $300 technology fee $200 application fee (non-refundable, applied toward tuition) $3,500 per year

Payment options: $1,750 per semester or $3,500 per year (If paying by credit card a 3 percent service fee will apply).
