Rules Regarding Assessment Policy
Parents are requested to stay in contact with class teacher and school Administration
of their wards personally without deputing any other person.
This card will be sent to parents twice a year. It should be duly singed and returned to the
class teacher in time.
It is requested to handle this card carefully as it contains valuable information.
Students who have not cleared their school dues will not be allowed to take their final
exam.
Students remaining absent from one or all papers for what so ever reason shall not be re-
examined.
Every Student is required to achieve 50% marks in core subjects and 45% marks in no-core
subjects for promotion to the next class.
A student failed in one core or two non-core subjects will be considered failed as a whole,
and will not be promoted to the next class.
A student who fails in the same class twice will have to take the school leaving certificate
(SLC).
The decision of the Principal and staff regarding promotion will be mandatory and final.
