We aim to encourage and attract more customers to increase footfall into the restau- rant through a light and easy going interior. We aim to achieve a relaxed atmosphere where the space is comfortable and informal Introducing this deli pantry idea into the restaurant, to highlight their use of fresh and local produce a key element of the restaurant. The daily changing menu will be shown on ‘new york deli’ styled black- boards. Laid back luxury, through the mix of the interior decoration using a blend of casual seating and more formal restaurant seating. We also intended to make the outside more incorporated into the restaurant as the view is a key selling point to customers. The back area can be used as seasonal to become a Christmas/ party area for a group. with a real focus on good food.
