This is a Public Art Display piece that has been in Melbourne for many years now.Located on the corner of Russell and Bourke st, it now sands on what used to be the first underground public toilet and is by the artist Mr Chris Reynolds, which was made in 1993.A history apparatus- Vessel, craft and beacon

It is a 260 metre office building. It is the fourth tallest building In Australia.The 57 storey building was built In 1991 designed by Denton Corker Marshall Pyt Ltd.
