Femenino, 52 años
• Paciente que desde infiancia presentaba desviación de la cabeza hacia la izquierda, postura tónica de MSI y generalización con movimientos tónico clónicos.
• En la adolescencia con parpadeo, automatismos en boca, pérdida de conciencia.
• Actualidad: Automatismos, movimientos tónico-clónicos generalizados
• Recibió fenitoína, ácido valproico, lacosamida. Última crisis hace 1 mes.
EA
• Patológicos: epilepsia refractaria al manejo; hemorragia intracraneana hace 4 años por crisis. Hipotiroidismo.
• Fármacos: Fenitoína 100mg cada 8h, Vigabatrina 500 – 500 – 1g, Lacosamida 50 – 50 – 100. Levotiroxina 100mcg cada día
Antecedentes:
• Neuropsicología: IQ 62, discapacidad cognitiva leve
• Rankin II: incapacidad leve
