Demonstrate and accelerate your procurement performance with this empowerment tool

that gives you the insight you need to direct your resources into areas that will provide the

best results and to gain investment and buy-in to procurement.

The ROSMA℠ Performance Check is an online,

complimentary performance service developed by A.T.

Kearney in conjunction with CIPS and ISM (Institute for

Supply Management) that can be used by all private and

public sector organisations to obtain a ROSMASM score

and benchmark against global market and industry peers.

This is the first time an effective method has been

created to express in clear financial terms the value

procurement and supply brings, giving you a compelling

case when reporting to Finance Directors for increased

control over spend and influence.

The ROSMA℠ Performance Check takes the form of a

short online questionnaire created using a return on

investment model for the procurement and supply

management community. Upon completing the survey,

you'll receive a personalised feedback report that

assesses your organisation’s procurement financial

performance, compares it against that of your industry

and highlights improvement opportunities. You will also

receive a ROSMA℠ score, a unique feature that can be

used as a standardised indicator of performance

productivity over time.
