Mr. S. Tahalooa has over 37 years’ experience in procurement, including 15 years in a senior position. He holds an LLM in Public Procurement Law and Policy from University of Nottingham, UK; an MBA from University of Leicester, UK and is a Member of CIPS, UK. He is part-time lecturer in several major universities in Mauritius, and is responsible for the delivery of CIPS courses.
