Proactive and driven professional, with 6 plus years of experience in Master Data and

finance roles.

I develop over the years plenty of experience solving gaps and improving the process in

my business unit, thanks to my analytic skills .

As part of my career development, I’ve increased my expertise and knowledge in

different areas such as Employee Data Management, Payroll, finance, customer data

and vendors. Thanks to these I have a very clear vision of the overall business, by gaining

a huge amount of experiences on different processes and systems.

Additionally, I have worked in transition of outsourcing and in house projects also been

on charge of training and auditing. I have been related to different platforms such as

SAP, PeopleSoft, ADAM, Salesforce.com and Siebel. These tools have allowed me not

only to expand my knowledge, but also to reinforce and to develop new skills.

Work experience

2016 – 3M

My current position is Master data analyst have let me reinforce all the knowledge I

have on the customer process, and show my expertise on the area.

During this period I was in charge of three very big task:

-Transiting the EMEA process to Costa Rica, not only learning all the new process in

Poland and bring the knowledge here, but also creating all the documentation, training

and deliver here at Costa Rica, also a part of this task was to create the official

documentations for the transition. -Second one was developing and audit process for

the account, with the tools to take the sample and forms with the parameters to review

the accounts.

-And the third task was creating cleansing project for all dirty data that is already in

production.

Even my time in this company have been short I have accomplished a lot.

2013 - Thomson Reuters.

My last job title in thomson was Senior Associate Team Member for ECM (Enterprise

Customer Master). This department was in charge of auditing all master data’s data

from all Thomson Reuters clients; we had to merge accounts from the different

platforms, work on hierarchies to create reports and metrics key information for several

departments like finance.

Also, before this I created profiles for the clients of Thomson Reuters, where we had to

analyze raw data of the customers and create the profiles in SAP and salesforce.com.

Also was part of the vendor team, where i supported the account for some months, this

task was give to me because the facility I have to learn new process and be able to

deliver in a short period of time.

In that the experience of lead the IPS customer team, this account was a very complex

one because the scope was global.

During my period on thomson also was part of the transition for latin america with a

very good outcome thanks to the previous experience and analytical skills.

I was responsible for creating and maintaining a broader variety of complex customer

and/or product data in Thomson Reuters order to cash systems in a timely and accurate

manner. Allows for efficient and correct processing of customer orders and inquiries.

2011-2013 - IBM

At IBM I work for 2 years in EDM for the account of Unilever, where I was part of the top

performers, we performed the human resources and payroll profiles for the company.

During my time there, I was able to work as the focal point for double entry (managing

the request directly from the client from different countries). I performed almost the

entire SRT (key testing of transition process to go live) by my own with a great outcome.

Also I was assigned to perform the Local Point of Contact role in Venezuela directly with

the client, where I got great reviews.

And my last position I had was as QA due to my knowledge and my analyzing skills, plus

the excel knowledge.
