Upto 15 participants

Log in to the organization google account in a chrome browser. (Eg: someone@servesys.net)

Type the url – “go.co/hangouts” in the address bar.

If someone tries to join using the link (without being specifically invited), you are prompted to Allow or Decline them. Anyone from your organization can grant or decline access, except those using mobile devices.

Uninvited guests can’t request to join until at least one invited participant from your organization’s domain has joined.

Users who were specifically invited do not need to be accepted to join the meeting.

If an external participant gets disconnected, they can join again without having to request access.

Any participant in your organization can also Eject a participant. Ejected participants must be invited again to rejoin.
