12:00 Welcome Lunch. The program kicks off with a welcome lunch. Participants will get to know each other, be introduced to program staff and Faculty.

13:00 Welcome & Program Overview. Schedule and logistics. Program materials will be distributed and ‘China ready’ activities will prepare participants for communicating and getting around.

13:30 China: Setting the scene. This session provides an overview of the drivers of growth and change in the China education/EdTech Market in a global context. A comprehensive Market Map and analysis of investment activity, market structure and trends including information about key providers and investors.

14:00 K-12 Market in China. In-market experts who are leading significant education operations in China will walk through the structure, funding and trends in PreK-12 education in China. Key players, market size, innovation trends and growth opportunities and challenges will be discussed.

14:45 After-School Tutoring and Test Prep represent the most well-funded areas in education with more venture capital flowing to this part of the sector than almost any other in China. Artificial Intelligence is now deeply embedded into learning and testing, making for a highly competitive and eminently scalable opportunity.
