    1.1. L do chn tiTrong xu hng ton cu ha kinh t th gii v khu vc ang din ra mt cch

    nhanh chng nh hin nay, hi nhp kinh t tr thnh mc tiu chung ca nhiu nc. Cng nh cu ni: tht l v ch khi bo dng sng ngng chy, tt nht l hy hc cch bi theo dng chy. Ha mnh vo dng chy chung , Vit Nam tng bc vn ln v t c nhng thnh tu nht nh. Nhng thnh tu m Vit Nam t c l hnh trang, l s khch l to ln n cho v bc vo tng lai.

    Bn cnh nn kinh t th trng ang din ra vi nhp ngy cng nhanh cng vi s cnh tranh ngy cng gay gt. Cc cng ty mun ng vng c trn thng trng th phi bit linh hot, phi thng xuyn phn tch, nh gi li hot ng sn xut kinh doanh ca doanh nghip mnh, v vn s dng, khai thc cc tim nng, cc ngnh hng c u th nhm tm ra nhng bin php, nhng chin lc pht trin cho sn phm to li th cnh tranh cho cng ty v m bo mc tiu ra ca cng ty mnh. V cng ty Xut Nhp Khu An Giang cng khng ngoi l.

    Cng ty Xut Nhp Khu An Giang (gi tt l Angimex) l mt trong nhng cng ty pht huy th mnh v lng thc ln nht ca tnh. cng ty hot ng nhiu lnh vc nh: xut khu go, nhp khu xe gn my, phn bn, lin doanh, c bit l lnh vc kinh doanh go xut khu l mt th mnh ch lc ca cng ty. Do vic phi thng xuyn phn tch hot ng xut khu ca mt hng go cng nh tm ra nhng gii php pht trin cho mt hng go xut khu l mt iu cn thit. Nhn thy c tm quan trng , vi s hiu bit ca bn thn cng vi s hng dn ca thy c cng nh c s ng ca cng ty Xut Nhp Khu An Giang nn em chn ti: PHN TCH HOT NG XUT KHU GO TI CNG TY XUT NHP KHU AN GIANG nghin cu.

    1.2. Mc tiu nghin cu- Phn tch hin trng hot ng xut khu go ca cng ty Xut Nhp Khu An

    Giang giai on 2003-2005. Nhm tm ra nhng mt thun li v kh khn ca cng ty trong lnh vc xut khu go.

    - ra nhng gii php v hoch nh cc chin lc kinh doanh cho cng ty nhm nng cao hiu qu ca vic kinh doanh xut khu go ca cng ty trong nhng nm tip theo.

    - Dng lm ti liu tham kho cho cng ty.

    1.3. Phng php nghin cu

    Phng php thu thp s liu:

    - Cc s liu cn thit cho vic nghin cu ca ti c thu thp t cc s liu th cp ti cng ty thng qua cc s sch k ton, bo co kt qu hot ng sn xut kinh doanh, bo co ti chnh,

    - Phng vn trc tip cc cn b trong cng ty v cc vn c lin quan n bi vit.

  • Phng php nghin cu: s dng cc phng php nghin cu: phn tch, so snh, thng k, tng hp, phng php phn tch SWOT.

    1.4. Phm vi nghin cu- Do lnh vc hot ng ca cng ty Xut Nhp Khu An Giang l rt rng, rt a

    dng v vy ti ch gii hn vic phn tch hot ng xut khu ca mt hng go ti cng ty.

    - ti s phn tch da vo cc s liu m cng ty cung cp trong cc nm gn y nht l t nm 2003-2005.

    1.5. ngha nghin cu- Vic nghin cu ti s mang li li ch thit thc cho bn thn v vic nng cao

    hiu bit v lnh vc ngoi thng, hiu bit v tnh hnh sn xut v xut khu go ca tnh An Giang cng nh ca Vit Nam.

    - Bn cnh nghin cu ti s mang li ngha thit thc cho cng ty trong vic ch trng nng cao hiu qu ca vic kinh doanh xut khu go, thy c nhng c hi v nhng thch thc trn th trng, gip cng ty ra nhng k hoch pht trin ng n gp phn mang li li nhun cho cng ty v to tng trng kinh t ca tnh cng nh ca t nc.

    2.1. Khi qut v xut khu2.1.1. Khi nim v xut khu:

    Xut khu l qu trnh a hng ha hoc dch v sn xut trong nc bn ra th trng nc ngoi.

    2.1.2. Cc hnh thc kinh doanh xut khu:- Xut nhp khu trc tip: l hnh thc cng ty t tm kim th trng tiu th v

    k kt hp ng xut nhp khu hng ha bng ngun vn ca cng ty mnh.

    - Xut nhp khu y thc: L hnh thc cng ty nhn lm dch v xut nhp khu sn phm, hng ha ca cc n v khc khng c chc nng xut nhp khu trc tip (hoc c chc nng xut nhp khu trc tip nhng khng ng ngnh ngh m h kinh doanh) hng hoa hng dch v.

    - Lin doanh lin kt: L hnh thc cng ty dng ti sn ca mnh gp vn vi cc n v kinh doanh khc trong v ngoi nc v c chia li theo t l vn gp gia cc bn lin doanh.

    2.2. Khi qut v marketing quc t2.2.1. Khi nim

    Marketing quc t ch khc marketing ch hng ha hay dch v c tip th ra khi phm vi bin gii ca mt quc gia, tuy s khc bit ny khng ln nhng n c ngha quan trng trong vic qun tr marketing, cc cch gii quyt tr ngi ca marketing, vic thnh lp cc chnh sch marketing k c vic thc hin chnh sch ny, marketing quc t gm c 3 dng:

    Marketing xut khu: l hot ng marketing nhm gip doanh nghip a hng ha xut khu ra th trng nc ngoi.

    Marketing a quc gia: nhn mnh n s phi hp v tng tc hot ng marketing trong nhiu mi trng khc nhau, nhn vin marketing phi c k hoch v cn nhc cn thn nhm ti u ha s tng hp ln nht l tm ra s iu chnh hp l nht cho cc chin lc marketing c vn dng tng quc gia ring l.

    2.2.2. Tm quan trng ca marketing quc tVic tham gia vo nn thng mi quc t l mt xu th tt yu, mt yu cu khch

    - Khi th trng ni a khng tiu th ht sn phm ca cng ty, th cng ty c th ngh n sn xut nhng sn phm dnh ring cho th trng xut khu, kt qu nh

  • xut khu c th phn b chi ph c nh cho nhiu sn phm, h thp gi thnh, nng cao li nhun, dn n gi bn c kh nng h thp to iu kin tc ng tr li y mnh khi lng hng ha bn ra hn na.

    - Gim c ri ro: bn nhiu th trng tt hn ch bn mt nc.

    - c vng ca cc nh lnh o: cc nh lnh o cao cp, c ng u mun cng ty ca h tham gia thng mi quc t.

    - Pht trin thm li nhun u t, to cng n vic lm.

    - Thc hin tt qun tr nhn vin cng nh tin b ca sn phm (do thng qua cnh tranh).

    - Cc chin lc im yu- c hi (WO): cc chin lc ny nhm ci thin nhng im yu bn trong tn dng cc c hi bn ngoi.

    - Cc chin lc im mnh- e da (ST): cc chin lc ny s dng cc im mnh trnh khi hay gim bt nh hng ca cc mi e da bn ngoi.

    - Cc chin lc im yu- nguy c (WT): cc chin lc ny nhm ci thin im yu bn trong trnh khi hay gim bt nh hng ca mi e da bn ngoi.

    2.4. Knh phn phi: Khi nim: Knh phn phi hng ha l mt tp hp cc t chc hay c nhn

    cng lm nhim v chuyn a hng ha, sn phm hay dch v t nh sn xut n ngi tiu dng.

    Knh phn phi to nn dng chy ca hng ha t nh sn xut n ngi tiu dng. c bit, trong kinh doanh xut khu, phn phi c ngha ht sc quan trng. Phn phi l iu kin tt yu a hng ha ra khi phm vi quc gia.

    S cn thit phi s dng knh phn phi: Vic s dng knh phn phi s em li hiu qu cao hn trong vic phn phi hng

    ha rng khp v a hng n cc th trng mc tiu.

    Chng 3GII THIU V CNG TY XUT NHP KHU

    AN GIANG (ANGIMEX)3.1. Lch s hnh thnh

    Cng ty Xut Nhp Khu An Giang c tin thn l cng ty Ngoi Thng An Giang c thnh lp ngy 23/07/1976 theo quyt nh s 73/Q ca UBND tnh tr s ti Chu c. Nm 1979 do thc hin chc nng yu cu v nhim v mi cng ty Ngoi Thng An Giang i tn thnh cng ty Lin Hip Xut Khu An Giang theo quyt nh s 42/Q ngy 31/12/1979 tr s t ti s 8/18 L Thng Kit th x Long Xuyn nay l Thnh Ph Long Xuyn.

    Trong nhng nm u hot ng cng ty ch n thun lm nhim v thu mua v cung ng, mua bn v y thc hng xut nhp khu i vi cng ty trong nc. C cu hng xut khu ch yu nh go, bp, u nnh, m vng, tm., c cu hng nhp khu l vt t nguyn liu phc v sn xut thng chim t trng 30% tr ln gp phn to ngun vt t cho sn xut nng nghip ( UREA, DAP, NPK, thuc tr su.) v mt s mt hng tiu dng khc.

    3.2.3. Nhim v ca cng ty

  • Trong hot ng sn xut kinh doanh cng ty c ngha v ng k kinh doanh v hot ng ng ngnh ngh ng k, tun th quy ch, quy nh ca nh nc v kinh doanh xut nhp khu v giao dch i ngoi.

    Cng ty t to ngun vn cho hot ng sn xut kinh doanh ca mnh, khai thc v s dng c hiu qu cc ngun vn, m bo u t m rng sn xut v i mi cc trang thit b nhm thc hin cc mc tiu kinh doanh v nhim v khc theo k hoch.

    V doanh thu t xut khu: ta thy doanh thu t xut khu chim mt t trng rt cao trong tng doanh thu ca cng ty. Nm 2003 con s ny chim 78,9%; nm 2004 chim 78,7%; v n nm 2005 chim 79,4% trong tng doanh thu. Qua 3 nm ta thy t trng ny tng gim mt lng khng ng k v lun chim mt t trng khong 80% trong tng doanh thu. Do cng ty hot ng ch yu lnh vc xut khu nn s lng ny chim mt t trng rt ln. Hn na trong nhng nm kinh doanh qua cng ty gi vng c th trng c v m rng thm cc th trng tiu th mi, k kt c cc hp ng xut khu mi lm cho doanh thu ngy cng tng cao.

    Cng vi s gia tng ca doanh thu hng xut khu th doanh thu t tiu th hng ha ni a cng khng ngng tng cao. T 238.812.848 nghn ng trong nm 2003 tng ln 241.471.256 nghn ng trong nm 2004 v tip tc tng cao trong nm 2005 v t 300.851.066 nghn ng v lun chim t trng khong 20% trong c cu doanh thu ca cng ty.

    Trong nm 2003, hot ng kinh doanh lng thc ca cng ty c nhiu thun li, l nm u tin t mc tng trng cao nht t trc n nay v xut khu chim 78,9% c cu doanh thu ca cng ty. Tnh hnh th trng c nhiu s thay i, c bit l th trng Chu c m rng v c nhiu thun li hn; n nm 2004 doanh thu tip tc tng nhng ch vi mt lng tng i (3.041.878 nghn ng), ch yu l s gia tng ca mt hng go xut khu; nm 2005 th doanh thu tng mnh ch yu l s gia tng ca mt hng go xut khu do gi xut khu ca mt hng go lun n nh mc cao v cng ty cng k c nhiu hp ng gi tr cao nn hot ng kinh doanh ca cng ty lun n nh v tng trng.

    Nhn chung, do cng ty hot ng ch yu lnh vc xut nhp khu nn c cu doanh thu t xut khu chim mt t trng rt ln (tng ng 80% c cu doanh thu ca cng ty) v n gp phn mang li nhiu li nhun cho cng ty. iu ny chng t cng ty ang hot ng c hiu qu lnh vc xut khu. Nn cn phi y mnh v tip tc pht trin lnh vc ny thu li nhiu ngoi t v li nhun cho cng ty.

    i vi sn lng go xut khu y thc (ch yu l y thc xut khu cho Tng cng ty lng thc Min Nam, Tng cng ty lng thc Min Bc, cng ty Angimex-Kitoku) nm 2003 l 35.102 tn chim t trng 11,4%; nm 2004 l 39.011 tn chim t trng 15,1%; n nm 2005 sn lng ny tip tc gim cn 19.882 tn v n ch chim t trng 6,3% sn lng go xut khu ca cng ty.

    Nm 2004 sn lng go xut u thc ca cng ty tng so vi nm 2003 mt lng l 3.909 tn ch yu l do th trng xut trc tip gp nhiu kh khn v cng ty cng tham gia nhiu hp ng y thc hn.

    Nm 2005 sn lng go xut khu y thc gim so vi nm 2004 mt lng l 19.129 tn, nguyn nhn ch yu l do nm 2005 tnh hnh th trng go th gii c nhiu th trng thun li hn v do c mt s hp ng y thc trong nm trc khng mang li li nhun cao nh mong mun v kh nng thanh ton chm, nn cng ty gim s lng go y thc xut khu.

    Nhn chung, tng sn lng go xut khu nm 2003 l 308.213 tn chim ; nm 2004 gim cn 259.075 tn, nguyn nhn ch yu l do tnh hnh bt n ca th trng v vic ban hnh hn ngch ca Chnh ph v sn lng go xut khu dng li mc 3,5 triu tn; n nm 2005 tnh hnh c nhiu thun li nn tng sn lng tng ln 317.312 tn. Ta thy s lng go xut khu ca cng ty c tng gim qua tng nm nhng vn chim mt t trng rt cao trong tng sn lng go xut khu ca tnh, chng t cng ty ang hot ng rt c hiu qu lnh vc ny v cn phi c duy tr n nh, c th l cn phi tip tc duy tr cc khch hng truyn thng v m rng thm nhiu khch hng mi xng ng l cng ty hng u ca tnh.

Tuy nhin, t trng ny c xu hng gim dn qua tng nm, nhng n nm 2005 cng ty Angimex vn cn chim ti 47,7% t trng, mt con s rt cao.

    Nm 2004 xut khu trc tip gim mt lng l 1.045.831 USD so vi nm 2003 l do th trng xut khu gp nhiu kh khn v do hn ngch ca Chnh ph. Mt s nc khng nhp khu nh Campuchia, Ukraine lm cho gi tr xut khu trc tip b gim.

    Xt v c cu tng loi go xut khu ta thy cng c nhiu s bin i theo chiu hng tch cc, tc loi go c phm cht cao ngy cng tng ln chng t cht lng go ca cng ty ngy cng c khch hng a chung. Tuy nhin nu xt v gi tr go xut khu c phm cp cao cn thp hn nhiu so vi loi go c phm cp thp, c th nh sau:

    Nm 2003 loi go c phm cht cao (5-10% tm) t doanh s xut khu l 14.160 nghn USD chim 26,61% trong tng kim ngch xut khu go. Trong s go 5% tm t kim ngch l 6.636 nghn USD, go 10% t 7.525 nghn USD. Go c phm cht thp (15%-25% tm) chim t trng 62,98%, trong go 15% t kim ngch xut khu l 18.977 nghn USD chim t trng 35,65%; go 25% tm t kim ngch xut khu l 15.545 nghn USD chim t trng 27,33% trong tng kim ngch xut khu go. Cn li cc loi tm, np, Jasmine v loi go khc chim t trng khong 10% c cu.

    Nm 2004 loi go (5-10% tm) chim t trng 27,56%. Trong ch yu l go 5% tm chim t trng 25,19 % v go 10% chim 2,37%. Loi go (15-25% tm) chim t trng 63,77 %, trong go 15% chim t trng 31,56 %; go 25% chim t trng 32,21%. Cn li cc loi khc chim khong 10% trong mt hng tm c a chung cao vi t trng tng ng k ( t 0,51% nm 2003 tng ln 5,93% nm 2004).

    Nhn chung, trong c cu go c phm cp cao th nm 2004 go 5% tm tng 106% so vi nm 2003. Nguyn nhn ca s gia tng ny l do trong nm 2004 cng ty k c mt s hp ng Nht v mt s nc Chu u. y l nhng th trng i hi cao v cht lng v gi bn cao nn c s tng mnh ca loi go 5%. Bn cnh loi go 10% khng c a chung nhiu th trng ny nn kim ngch gim ng k trong nm 2004. Trong c cu go c phm cp thp th trong nm 2004 go 15% tm gim nh v loi 25% tng nh.   • Nm 2005 loi go 5% tm tng mnh chim t trng 28,22% v loi go 10% khng cn tiu th trong nm 2005. Loi go t 15-25% tm chim t trng 62,77% trong go 15% chim t trng 36,78% v loi 25% tm chim 25,99% t trng. Cn li cc loi khc chim khong 9% t trng. Nguyn nhn ca yu ca vic tng mnh kim ngch xut khu ca loi go 5% tm (tng 59% so vi nm 2004) l do nm 2005 cng ty k c hp ng tiu th trc tip loi go ny vi Chnh ph Iran v th trng truyn thng Philippines, ng ch l loi go 10% khng cn tiu th trong nm 2005. Nguyn nhn ca tnh trng ny l do cng ty khng tm c th trng tiu th cho loi go ny. Go c phm cp thp vn tiu th mnh v lun chim t trng cao (khong 65%) trong c cu kim ngch xut khu go ca cng ty.     Th trng Chu bao gm cc nc ASEAN m ch yu l: Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Campuchia, East Timor, Iran, Hongkong.     -Th trng Chu Phi: y l th trng trung thnh v y tim nng ca cng ty. Vi sn lng ngy mt tng cao, vi ch 3.500 tn trong nm 2003 tng ln 142.030 tn nm 2004 v tng ln 152.904 tn trong nm 2005 dn u v c cu sn lng go xut khu ca cng ty (ch yu l loi go 15%, 25% tm).     -Th trng Chu u: y l mt th trng m th phn ca cng ty ch chim mt t trng tng i thp. Sn lng go xut khu ca cng ty sang th trng ny nm

Vic ny i hi cng ty cn phi c thi gian u t, nghin cu cng nh tm kim cc c hi xc tin thng mi thm nhp th trng nhiu tim nng ny.

    -Cc th trng khc: nh Australia, Canada nhp khu vi mt s lng tng i thp (go 5% tm, Jasmine) trong nm 2003, 2004 v do khng p ng c nhng i hi v mt cht lng nn cng ty mt th trng ny trong nm 2005. y cng l mt th trng kh tnh, i hi cao ging nh th trng Chu u. cng ty cn phi c nhng bin php ci tin cht lng sn phm cng nh cc phng thc giao dch nhm cng c v thm nhp mnh vo cc th trng ny.

    Qua phn tch ta thy th trng Chu v th trng Chu Phi l hai th trng chnh, chim sn lng cao nht ca cng ty. y l th trng c dn s ng, nhu cu nhp khu la go ngy cng tng, y l iu kin thun li cng ty m rng th phn, tng doanh s. V vy, cng ty cn phi c nhng chnh sch cng nh nhng chin lc nhm cng c v m rng v th ca cng ty th trng ny. Bn cnh , cng ty cn phi y mnh vic nghin cu, thm nhp mnh vo cc th trng kh tnh nhng y tim nng nh: Chu u, Chu M, Australia.

    Ngoi ra, cng ty cn xut khu go y thc cho: Tng cng ty lng thc Min Nam, Tng cng ty lng thc Min Bc, cng ty lin doanh Angimex-Kitoku, cng ty Gedosico. Trong ch yu l Tng cng ty lng thc Min Nam v cng ty lin doanh Angimex-Kitoku. Ta thy trong nhng nm qua, sn lng go xut khu y thc c nhng s bin i nht nh; tng cao trong nm 2004 ch yu l do th trng xut khu trc tip gim nn cng ty xut khu da vo y thc; nm 2005 th trng xut khu trc tip c m rng v do li nhun t xut khu y thc khng cao nn cng ty gim ngun xut khu y thc. Tuy nhin y cng l hnh thc xut khu quan trng m cng ty cn phi duy tr.

    nhp v m rng th trng, y mnh xut khu. Tuy nhin, marketing xut khu c xem l khu yu nht ti cng ty Xut Nhp Khu An Giang, c th dn n nhng ri ro trong hot ng xut khu. Hin nay, cng tc marketing ti cng ty tuy c quan tm nhng vn cha c pht trin mnh m, cng ty vn cha c phng marketing ring bit m cng tc marketing l do cc nhn vin phng kinh doanh m nhim.

    Sn phm: cng ty xut khu nhiu mt hng l go trng 5%, 25% v tm, nhng loi go c cht lng cao nh Jasmine, np chim vi t trng rt t.     Hin nay h thng mng ni b cng ty ang trong giai on pht trin mnh nn vic nm bt thng tin v th trng, v khch hng, i th cnh tranh ...rt nhanh chng. Hot ng xc tin bn hng ca cng ty gn y cng c quan tm nh hng nm c nhn vin n th trng xut khu thm hi nhng i tc, khch hng c ng thi qua ch ng tm kim khch hng mi.

    *Th trng Chu : c mt s nc l khch hng truyn thng ca cng ty c bit l cc nc Asean:

  • Philippines: y l th trng truyn thng v quan trng ca cng ty, c im tiu dng go ca th trng ny l a chung ht go di hoc trung bnh nhng phi c nh bng k, mu sc trng, trong v c mi thm, khng yu cu do.

    Indonesia: y l th trng c dn s ng, ngi dn nc ny thng thch go loi ht van, c nh bng, mu sc trng, trong, mi xay xt, c mi thm, do, t l tm cng t cng tt thng khng qu 20%.

    Malaysia: tng lp Hoa kiu nc ny thch go trng, ht di, cp loi tt, t l tm thp. Tng lp dn ngho thng dng ht di, t l tm cao t 15 n 25%. Tiu dng go np thng xuyn chim khong 5% lng nhp khu v hng nm c rt nhiu ngy l c truyn.

    Singapore: thch go trng, ht di c nh bng k, t l tm thng l 5%, i hi cht lng cao. Loi go thm cng c a chung vi mc gi cao.

    Iran: quc gia o Hi ny a tiu th go trng, ht di t l tm thp 5- 15% yu cu s ht thc ln khng qu 8 ht trong 1 kg go

    HongKong: ngi dn thch go trng, ht di cht lng cao, xay xt k v nh bng. Cc loi go thm c sn ca Vit Nam rt c a chung ti y.

    East Timor: vi dn s t, sn xut nng nghip khng pht trin, va nh li manh mn, sn lng go trong nc ch p ng 10% ca nhu cu 250.000 tn/nm. Trong nm va qua cng ty xut sang East Timor 3.506 tn go, mt s lng tng i ln. Loi go nhp khu thng l 10-15% tm.

    *Th trng Chu Phi: y l th trng c dn s rt ng, nhu cu go mi nm mt tng. Ngi dn c mc thu nhp thp, kh nng thanh ton thp, nn thng tiu dng go cht lng trung bnh thp, c t l tm cao, thng l 25% tm. y l th trng tiu th go ca cng ty vi s lng ln.

    *Th trng Chu M Latinh: ngi tiu dng thch go xt va phi, cn cm hoc go lc. Ring Brazil li thch go trng, ht di, ty cm, nh bng k, t l tm thp 5-10%. S ht thc ln khng qu 5 ht trong 1 kg go.

    *Th trng Chu u: i vi khu vc ny go ch l lng thc ph tr sau la m, sn phm a chung thng l loi go cht lng cao, ht di, i hi v sinh cng nghip cao.

    Qua phn tch cho thy, th trng chu (m trong ch yu l cc nc Asean), th trng cc nc chu Phi l th trng quan trng tiu th nhng sn phm ph hp vi kh nng cung ng ca Angimex, do cng ty cn phi bit tn dng tt cc c hi ny. Bn cnh cng ty cn phi c gng hn na c th thm nhp vo cc th trng chu u, chu M v y l nhng th trng c th mang li li nhun cao cho cng ty.

    4.6. Phn tch i th cnh tranh ca cng tyTrong kinh doanh nu ch mi hiu c khch hng khng th cha , m c bit

    l trong kinh doanh xut khu go cn phi hiu v cc i th cnh tranh ca cng ty mnh. Khng nhng cnh tranh khu tiu th m cn cnh tranh t c khu t chc thu mua phc v xut khu. Do vy vic xc nh cc i th cnh tranh, tm hiu thng tin v i th, chin lc cc i th p dng l mt iu rt quan trng.

    4.6.1. Nhn nh cc i th cnh tranh

    -Trong nc: cc i th cnh tranh chnh ca cng ty l: Tng cng ty lng thc Min Nam, Tng cng ty lng thc Min Bc, cng ty xut nhp khu Vnh Long (Imexcuulong); trong tnh An Giang c cc i th: cng ty Xut nhp khu nng sn thc phm An Giang (AFIEX), cng ty Du lch An Giang

    -Ngoi nc: cc i th ca cng ty l doanh nghip xut khu go cc nc: Thi Lan, n , Pakistan, Mtrong i th hng u l cc doanh nghip xut khu go ca Thi Lan.

    4.6.2. Xc nh mc tiu, chin lc ca i th*IMEXCUULONG (Cng ty xut nhp khu Vnh Long): l mt trong nhng cng

    ty u tin ca Vit Nam xut khu go, t nm 1989. Imexcuulong c h thng ch bin go xut khu ngay ti vng la nguyn liu di do nht ng bng sng Cu Long. Hng nm, Imexcuulong ch bin v xut khu trn 120 ngn tn go. Nh c u t cc thit b xay xt ch bin go xut khu ph hp nn Imexcuulong c th cung cp cho khch hng cc loi go vi nhiu phm cp cht lng v kh nng cung ng hng nhanh chng. Go ca Imexcuulong c mt ti nhiu th trng trn th gii, t cc nc Asean, Trung ng, Nam M n Chu Phi, Chu u v Nht Bn.

    Vi nh hng pht trin l mt doanh nghip kinh doanh a ngnh, mt trong s nhng nh sn xut, cung ng sn phm v dch v c uy tn ti Vit Nam. Kim ngch xut khu bnh qun hng nm ca Imexcuulong lun chim khong 30% tng kim ngch xut khu ca tnh Vnh Long. Trong nm 2005 va qua cng ty xut khu go vi tng sn lng 403.428,92 tn ng th ba so vi c nc.

    *AFIEX (Cng ty xut nhp khu nng sn thc phm An Giang): y l cng ty hot ng a ngnh ngh: xut khu go, nng sn, thc n gia sctrong xut khu go chim mt t trng cao trong kim ngch xut khu ca cng ty. Sn lng go xut khu t: 60.432 tn (nm 2003), 103.208 tn (nm 2004) v 183.668 tn (nm 2004). V th trng tuy c m rng nhng cha vng chc, th trng xut khu go cn ph thuc vo mt vi th trng v khch hng nht nh. Kh nng cnh tranh khng mnh.

    *i vi Thi Lan: L nc xut khu go ln nht th gii, hng nm xut khu t t 7 triu n

    8 triu tn (trn tng sn lng sn xut hng nm khong 26 triu tn). y l qu hng ca go thm Jasmine.

    Cht lng ca go Thi Lan c khch hng a chung, tin cy vi khong 15 cp go khc nhau kh a dng nh hng A,B, C9 ch yu hng B), go trng 100B cp 5% tm, 10%, 15% cho n 35% tm, go lc, go np, go thm c sn Jasmine.

    Go Thi Lan c xut i cc lc a trn ton th gii vi h thng bn hng kh n nh, cc nc Asean, Nht, Chu u l th trng xut khu chnh ca Thi Lan hin nay. tng cng kh nng cnh tranh xut khu ngoi nc v pht trin trong nc Thi Lan thng ch trng nhiu chnh sch tch cc nh bo h nng phm trong nc, cho nng dn vay th chp bng go h gi thc ch gi ln, ...v thi hnh nhng chnh sch h tr xut khu nh: cp tn dng u i cho nh xut khu, mua go ca nh xut khu, chu chi ph lu kho vn chuyn.

    Tuy nhin xut khu go ca n cng ang gp nhiu kh khn do vic tng dn s, v sn lng go ti Punjab v Andhra Pradesh, hai Bang trng la chnh ca n , lin tc gim do nng dn chuyn sang trng nhng loi cy mang li thu nhp cao hn nh rau v qu. n vn ang ph thuc rt nhiu vo ngun nc t nhin (nc ma) trong vic gieo trng hu ht cc loi cy. y cng l mt tr ngi cho vic sn xut go nc ny.
