CBRES Procurement Supply Chain Management (PSCM) completed a strategic sourcing project for office supplies with the primary strategies focusing on supplier diversity, reliability and value creation. How do I purchase office supplies from TBS? U.S. employees can purchase supplies online from the TBS website at: www.tbstx.com/chevron.html . A valid Purchasing Card (PCard) must be used for all purchases. Why do employees need to use the TBS website? Purchases must be made from https:// www.tbstx.com/chevron.html to ensure that Chevron receives the appropriate corporate contract discount pricing. Can employees outside the U.S. order from the TBS website? Only orders having a “Ship To” address in North America can currently utilize the site. Purchase options to other locations are available upon request. What if I cannot find the item I am looking for and it is not in the catalog? Employees should call Today’s Business Solutions Customer Service line, 877-895-6532. If this is a special order item, Customer Service will place the order.

Getting Started...What do I need to know?

Why am I receiving a message indicating ‘this item has been restricted from being purchased’? Some of the products in the Today’s Business Solutions catalog, such as furniture and computer equipment, have been strategically sourced and contracted with other preferred vendors. Steelcase is our preferred vendor for furniture, and CompuCom is the preferred vendor for computer equipment. How do I get a copy of the TBS catalog? For environmental reasons, we are no longer promoting the distribution of thousands of printed catalogs. All items shown in the catalog can be found online. If business circumstances require that you have a copy of the full-line catalog, please add sku # 178-443 to your order. The catalog will be delivered free of charge with your order. How can I achieve the best savings for my department? “Best Value” items will be flagged to appear during your online search and also appear on your “My Shopping List”. These are the items that will achieve the best possible savings. Will I be able to make purchases through a retail store, Office Depot/ Office Max and receive corporate pricing? Yes. All Chevron Corporate PCards are registered in Office Depot’s database and are ‘refreshed on a monthly basis. The preferred method of purchase is online, but the store purchase program can be used for emergency purchases. You are encouraged to place orders, if possible, for a minimum of $50 to minimize the environmental impact caused from delivery trucks making smaller deliveries. How do I get a discount on my personal purchases? Yes, a discount for personal purchases is available. Will I still receive free shipping for Chevron purchases? Yes When will training be provided? Training will start in late March. Training schedules will be provided. Who handles customer service? TBS is fully responsible and accountable to facilitate ALL customer service aspects for ordering, deliveries, accounting, and product returns. Will employees still have the ability to leverage and receive Chevron’s negotiated discount for office products? Through the partnership between TBS and Office Depot, Chevron employees are able to shop at Office Depot/Office Max retail stores and receive a 5% discount under the Employee Purchase Program. Will employees need to re-register their personal credit card to obtain the employee discount? No Where would I make store purchases? At any Office Depot/Office Max retail stores. Q. How do I login? A. Make sure you are using the correct URL, www.tbstx.com/chevron.html login (email address) and password (Welcome1)

Q. I forgot my password. A. Click on the Forgot Password link on the login screen.

Q. How do I change something in my profile, like change my name or phone number or get access to a new cost center or shipping address? A. Access your Profile from the blue Menu Bar and select Change Request. Enter the requested change and click Submit. Your Administrator will receive an email notification to make the change.

Q. Can I save my credit card information in my profile? A. Yes, after you login you can select Credit Card under your Profile drop down menu. From this screen you can select New and add your credit card details. Please use your last name and last four digits of your credit card as your Credit Card ID. Then proceed to complete all mandatory fields. Please repeat these steps for all the cards you would like to save in your profile.

Q. My Account is Locked A. This occurs when a user has made three unsuccessful attempts to login. Your account will lock for thirty minutes. Click the Forgot Password link to receive a new password, then you must wait until the account unlocks before proceeding.

Q. I didn’t get my order / Where’s my order? A. Go to Searches Select Purchase Order › type in the search criteria and select submit. If you have an approver your order may not have been approved yet. In this case, to locate your order you will go to Searches › Requisitions › type

Q. How do I cancel an order or an item on an order? A. You have approximately a 5 minute window to cancel an order Go to TBS Punchout Click on Order Tracking under “My Orders” Enter your search criteria and select submit Click on the appropriate Order number within your search results Click “Cancel Order” >If the cancel button is not available, contact TBS di-rectly to cancel the item or order

Q. How do I return an order or an item on an order? Go to TBS Punchout Click on TBS Order Tracking under “My Orders” Enter your search criteria and select submit Click on the appropriate Order number within your search results Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Begin Return” Follow the 3 steps to submit a return

Q. Can I print my order? A. Yes. Locate the order using the Purchase Order ID and print to PDF from the Purchase Order Details screen.

Q. Can I get a copy of an invoice? A. Yes. Use the Transaction Log to locate invoices. Run the Transaction Log report and click on the hyperlink invoice number to print or pdf

Chevron provides complete list of corporate PCards to TBS/Office Depot/Max on a monthly basis. Travel and expense cards are not currently included in the batch file. Corporate Store Purchase Program

Checkout Process The cashier will tell you the amount of your purchase with retail pricing. You do not have to identify yourself as a member of the BSD Store Purchase Program; you just provide your registered credit card for payment. Once your registered credit card has been swiped for payment, the discounted price will be reflected on your receipt. There will be no documentation showing the retail price compared to your corporate program discount price. If you are purchasing SPECIAL ORDER FURNITURE, OUT OF STOCK MERCHANDISE, HOME DELIVERY, OR INSTALLATION, you must request that the manual order be placed on acct # 36385147. Registration Chevron provides a complete list of corporate PCards toTBS/Office Depot/Max on a monthly basis. Travel and expense cards are not currently included in the batch file.
