WINE MAKER’S TASTING NOTES:With a slight dominance of Walla Walla fruit the 2010 Coach House Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon displays complexity and structure o�set with a roundness of fruit brought in by the addition of our Yakima vineyards. Flavors of blackberry mingle with a hint of spice, giving way to black currant through a full middle, �nishing with a bit of wood smoke lasting more than a minute on the tongue.
