POST SEASON SWIM TEAMWe offer competitive YMCA swimming with groups for every ability level. Registration for swim team is in person, and can only take place after an assessment. LIVESTRONGLIVESTRONG is a national 12-week group exercise program designed for people affected by cancer to help them build back endurance, strength, flexibility and confidence in a supportive and safe environment. » ADULT PROGRAMS VINYASA YOGAVinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component. The instructor will guide you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.

YOGAYoga uses the breath as a focal point as we move through sequences of linked yoga asanas. This class includes sun salutations, pranayama (breathing exercises), and relaxation.

YOGA FITNESSA Vinyasa style of Yoga based on Hatha Yoga tradition. This class involves linking the traditional Yoga poses together while moving with the breath to create strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance.
