    - The MOE is given the power to maintain and establish thisschool.

    - Children from poor family will be given the opportunity to

    receive the education.

    send their kid who have reached 6 yrs of age for schooling.

    6 years of duration for primary schooling.

    Failure on the part of any parents to do so?

    - RM5,000 or a prison < 6 months
