GOAL: Provide a visual of the food safety chain and how we, at USF have control of it by identifying the specific risks and assigning specific staff to them creating MULTIPLE FOOD SAFETY BARRIERS between farm and fork. The Farm to Fork approach allows for the different groups to focus on the identification of specific food safety risks at every ‘link’ of the chain and develop ‘multiple barrier’ approach to food safety.
