Certificate IV Training and Assessment for new part-time teachers without any teaching experience $1600.00 – 2 stage processOption 2 This program would model current programs being delivered in the Institute.Stage 1: Six core competencies delivered over 4 days./ Core Units:/ TAAASS401A – Plan & organize training/ TAAASS402A – Assess competence/ TAAASS403A – Develop assessment tools/ TAAASS404A – Participate in assessment validation/ TAADEL401A – Plan & organize group based delivery/ TAAENV401A – Work effectively in VET / $750 per person with a minimum of 12 participants

Stage 28 Competency Units - delivered in 8 days for teachers who have completed part one.Core Units:/ TAADEL403A – Facilitate individual learning/ TAADEL404A – Facilitate work-based learning/ TAADES401A – Use t/packages to meet client needs/ TAADES402A – Design & develop learning programs/ TAAENV402A – Foster & promote an inclusive learning culture/ TAAENV403A – Ensure a healthy & safe learning environment

Elective Units: 2 only to be completed/ TAADEL301A – Provide training through instruction and demonstration of work skills/ TAADEL402A – Facilitate group based learning/ TAADEL501A – Facilitate e-learning$850 per person based on a minimum group of 10 participants
