School governance works by the board of governors hiring principals and then hiring teachers to teach the students how to learn by there own way like if a teacher likes to do democracy the best then he or she could use democracy in the class. If they like doing dictatorship then they can use that in there class.

Who decides what the teachers teach?

The principle or admin of the school like mr mcmaster decides what activities we do like P.E or maybe music and art and he decides when do we do it and he decides the schedule like we have P.E at the end of the day.

what impact does the system of governance have on individuals

The positive impact is that we have a great friendly supportive school and most people have a fantastic impact on the governance of this school.e.g.: we have a good time for lunch that makes students like it and then we have recess for a amount of time that some people like.

What are peoples roles in this system of governance?

Principal- The principle role is to make sure the teachers and students are doing the right thing and to make sure everything is okay Teacher- teach students and to perform a relieve role for studentsStudent- The roles of the student is to listen to the teacher and focus to learn new things to become very smart.

What are people’s rights in this system of governance

Principal- Like the principle has the right to fire or maybe get a student out of the school if they don't listen all the time.Student- To be a safe caring environment and when a student needs to ask a questions that challenge them then they can ask it in a positive way to make things better
