IIBA requires 7500 BA experience (about 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis aligned with A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge ® (BABOK ® Guide). If you do not meet those requirements, you may still register for the course, however you can start with Level 1 or Level 2 certifications, which require less or no experience in the field but they are also based on BABOK ® Guide. Elena is a business consultant with proven experience in a variety of industries. Her professional career began 20 years ago in the Banking Industry where she undertook multiple roles in Sales Network & Back Office Operations and later on she shifted to the IT Industry where she took up the Business Analyst position, specialized in Banking systems and applications. She has studied Economics & Political Sciences in the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and she has also acquired an Open University Diploma in “Business Management and Business Information Systems”. With hands-on experience in all phases of a project life-cycle and deep knowledge of business analysis practices, Elena is among the first ten Business Analysts in Greece who have been granted so far with the CBAP® designation.She is also Scrum Certified by the Scrum Org and holds a B1 type Certificate by the Bank of Greece.

Markos Papoutsidakis, CBAP, P2 Certified, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner

Markos Papoutsidakis is an IT professional with more than 7 years of experience in several business and technical positions across a variety of large and medium-scale projects. He started his career as a Software Engineer and later on he applied Business Analysis and Consulting in IT Projects of public and private sector. To date, having also worked as a Pre-sales, R&D and Project Manager, he has provided more than 2,500 hours of training to people from various business domains. Markos is among the first 10 professionals in Greece who have been granted so far with the CBAP® designation. He also holds several other certifications including PRINCE2®, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner and a specialization in People and Teams Leadership from the University of Michigan. His academic qualifications include a Diploma in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras and an MSc in Computer Systems Technology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
