PEDIDOSTodos los pedidos debern cursarse por escrito, indicando claramente la referencia del producto, descripcin, unidades, direccin de envo, indicadas en la tarifa vigente a nuestras oficinas centrales o a nuestro delegado.

(+34)963 700 438 Para realizar la anulacin de un pedido igualmente se deber rea-

lizar por escrito, por el sistema mencionado. No se podr anular el pedido en ninguno de los siguientes casos:

1. Cuando se haya expedido de nuestros almacenes.

2. Cuando se trate de un producto de fabricacin especial o perso-nalizada y ya haya comenzado su proceso de fabricacin.

3. Cuando se trate de un producto de compra especial y se haya tramitado la compra del mismo.

COMERSA-DIFRI-CODYGAS, se reserva el derecho a admitir pedidos, de clientes que hayan incumplido en anteriores contratos.

Las condiciones particulares que cite un cliente en su pedido, queda-rn anuladas si no se ajustan a las condiciones generales de venta que tiene otorgadas el cliente, salvo autorizacin expresa y por escrito de COMERSA-DIFRI-CODYGAS.

PRECIOSLos precios reflejados en la tarifa son precios recomendados de venta al pblico, expresados en Euros. No incluyen los impuestos que pue-dan corresponder, ni la instalacin y puesta en marcha del material.

COMERSA-DIFIR-CODYGAS, se reserva el derecho de modificacin de los precios y modelos, parcial o totalmente sin previo aviso.

DEVOLUCIN DE MERCANCANo se aceptar devolucin sin autorizacin expresa y por escrito de COMERSA-DIFRI-CODYGAS.

En caso de ser aceptada la devolucin, todos los gastos generados (portes, embalajes, etc.), sern a cargo del cliente.

Las mercancas se abonarn en funcin del estado de recepcin de las mismas en nuestros almacenes, previa comprobacin por nuestros tcnicos. A dicho abono se le aplicar como mnimo, un descuento del 10% en conceptos de gastos de verificacin y adecuacin de la mercanca, as como los portes si los hubiere del primer envo de la mercanca.

TRANSPORTE Y EMBALAJE La mercanca se enva a portes pagados por las agencias y medios designada por COMERSA y viajando siempre por cuenta y riesgo del comprador.

Existe la excepcin de la utilizacin de las empresas de transporte utilizadas por COMERSA-DIFRI-CODYGAS, en el caso que se entregue la mercanca en lugares de difcil acceso para el transportista (cascos antiguos, calles peatonales) o en aquellas entregas que sea nece-sario para su descarga otros medios adicionales como empleo de mozos, gras, etc., los gastos adicionales a estas contingencias sern a cargo del comprador. Las reexpediciones corren a cuenta y riesgo del comprador. Los embalajes son estndar. Cualquier embalaje o sistema de envo

especial requerido expresamente por el cliente, ser a cargo de este ltimo. En el momento de la entrega, el distribuidor deber revisar el estado que recibe la mercanca.

De encontrar cualquier anomala o deterioro en la mercanca recibi-da, el distribuidor deber hacerla constar detalladamente en la docu-mentacin que le entrega la agencia de transporte a la recepcin de la mercanca y enviar una copia de dicha documentacin a COMERSA-DIFRI-CODYGAS antes de 24h desde la recepcin de la mercanca.

Si las anomalas no se detectan y comunican a la empresa de trans-porte o a Comersa-Difri-Codygas en el momento de la entrega. Igual-mente se podrn tramitar dentro de las 24h desde el momento de la recepcin de la misma. El distribuidor deber siempre notificarlo por escrito a la agencia de transportes y enviar una copia de la reclama-cin a COMERSA-DIFRI-CODYGAS.

En caso que el distribuidor encargue a COMERSA-DIFRI-CODYGAS realizar la entrega directamente al usuario de la mercanca. Ser el distribuidor siempre el responsable de la buena recepcin de la mer-canca y de la tramitacin de las incidencias que puedan surgir en el transporte, en las formas y plazos mencionados anteriormente.

Las agencias de transporte utilizadas por Comersa-Difri-Codygas, no se harn responsables de las reclamaciones posteriores que surjan fuera del plazo de 24h de la recepcin de la mercanca.

De no respetar el procedimiento establecido en prrafos anteriores, COMERSA-DIFRI-CODYGAS, no se responsabilizar de los daos ocurri-dos durante el transporte.

PLAZOS DE ENTREGA Los plazos de entrega que se den desde COMERSA-DIFRI-CODYGAS, sern meramente orientativos indicando la fecha que sale de nues-tros almacenes.

Los retrasos en la entrega por el transporte no sern causa de recla-macin por parte del comprador, no pudiendo dar lugar a reclama-ciones ni indemnizaciones.

Los plazos de entrega sern vlidos desde el momento que el clien-te haya facilitado todos los datos necesarios para la fabricacin del producto y est al da con los pagos a COMERSA-DIFRI-CODYGAS, no pudiendo servirse ninguna mercanca si existe algn saldo pendien-te de pago a COMERSA-DIFRI-CODYGAS.

REPUESTOS Y ACCESORIOSTodos los repuestos se enviarn a portes debidos, no se admiten de-voluciones de material salvo que sea autorizado por servicio de asis-tencia tcnica (SAT).

RESERVA DE DOMINIOLa mercanca continuar siendo de COMERSA-DIFRI-CODYGAS, hasta que no est totalmente pagada en su totalidad.

CONDICIONES DE PAGOTodas las operaciones sern abonadas mediante pago anticipado, has-ta que COMERSA-DIFRI-CODYGAS conceda crdito al cliente.

En caso de no realizarse el pago de las facturas en los plazos estable-cidos, el cliente deber hacerse cargo de los gastos de devolucin y/o demora.

Se considerar pronto pago, el pago anticipado de la mercanca o giro domiciliado a 30 das fecha factura.

INFORMACIN GENERAL A LA VENTA Y TRMINOS DE GARANTA

TRMINOS DE GARANTA

COMERSA-DIFRI-CODYGAS, otorga una garanta de 15 meses a sus productos desde la fecha de salida de nuestro almacn o la fecha del albarn de expedicin de la mercanca.

Los cristales, equipos luminosos y resistencias elctricas no estn incluidos en la garanta.

La garanta incluye nicamente la reposicin de material defectuoso, siendo la mano de obra, portes y embalajes a que hubiere lugar por cuenta del distribuidor que efecta la venta.

COMERSA-DIFIR-CODYGAS, se compromete a sustituir o reparar en fbrica sin cargo, las piezas que le sean remitidas durante el periodo de garanta. Los gastos de transporte (ida y vuelta) que se generen de una reparacin o sustitucin, sern por cuenta del distribuidor.

La puesta en marcha y posterior mantenimiento de los aparatos ser de exclusiva obligacin y responsabilidad del comprador y deber hacerlo personal especializado.

Al sustituir un aparato o pieza en periodo de garanta, la garanta del nuevo terminar cuando hubiese finalizado la garanta del sustituido.

Para considerar sustitucin de piezas o aparatos en garanta debern remitirnos las piezas o aparatos averiados en un plazo de 15 das, en caso contrario sern facturados.

Quedan anuladas las garantas:

1. Por la conexin a redes elctricas de seccin insuficiente o distinto voltaje que el sealado en la placa de caractersticas.

2. Colocacin del aparato al sol o cerca de focos de calor, as como en reas insuficientemente ventiladas o con entradas y salidas de aire (rejillas de ventilacin) tapadas totalmente o parcialmente.

3. Por acumulacin de suciedad en el equipo frigorfico.

4. Los deterioros sufridos por el aparato debido a roces, fuego, golpes, cadas y en general cuantos accidentes puedan producirse desde la salida de nuestros almacenes a su destino.

5. El remitir el compresor sin el equipo de arranque.

6. El remitir incompleto cualquier aparato o pieza.

7. Quedan excluidos de la garanta, los daos que a juicio de nuestro servicio tcnico, provengan del mal uso o una manipulacin e instalacin inadecuada de los aparatos.

INFORMACIN GENERAL A LA VENTA

El presente catlogo impreso no tiene un carcter vinculante, es meramente informativo.

Existe una versin de catlogo digital en nuestra pgina web www.comersa.es, donde se realizarn las correcciones de erratas que pudieran existir en el catlogo impreso.

Dicho catlogo digital, ser continuamente actualizado figurando en l todos los modelos comercializados con su informacin tcnica y de precios actualizados, eliminando aquellos aparatos que queden descatalogados o que ya no se comercialicen.
