Gruppo di separazione di due circuiti idraulici fornito con dima di fondo, gruppo tubazioni, circolatori, scambiatore a piastre saldo-brasato, valvole di non ritorno, valvole di sfiato, centralina di ge-stione completo di cavi. FUNZIONISeparazione idraulica tra circuito primario e circuito secondario, consente l’interfacciamento tra fonte biomassa (termocamino, ter-mocucina, idrostufa, caldaia con combustibili a legna e/o pellet) e caldaia a gas e/o gasolio, permettendo lo spegnimento della stessa quando la biomassa raggiunge la temperatura di esercizio.

PUNTI DI FORZA_ Semplicità di uso e di montaggio con riduzione tempi di instal-

lazione. _ Indispensabile per impianto con circuito primario biomassa a vaso

aperto e circuito secondario a vaso chiuso._ Obbligatorio quando si installano nello stesso impianto due genera-

tori di calore la quale somma delle due potenze nominali superano i 35 kW (vedi nota).

FUNCTIONSIt realizes the separation between two circuits and allows the in-terface between a biomass source (fireplace, thermo cooker, hydro stove, wood or pellet boiler) and gas or diesel boiler, thanks to the switching off of the gas boiler, as the biomass source reaches the operating temperature. It also manages a storage tank whose prio-rity is given to the production of hot domestic water (50°C adjusta-ble), then, it commutes to the heating system.

FUNCTIONSIt realizes the separation between two circuits and allows the in-terface between a biomass source (fireplace, thermo cooker, hydro stove, wood or pellet boiler) and gas or diesel boiler, thanks to the switching off of the gas boiler, as the biomass source reaches the operating temperature. The management of aqueduct entring dome-stic water is actuated by prioritising the solar thermal plant, then the biomass source, and finally the gas boiler.

The exchanger kit with system load provides the filling of the secon-dary system, by withdrawing water from the primary circuit (which already has the load of the upstream aqueduct). The kit includes a stopcock, pressure gauge, copper pipes, automatic vents for both cir-cuits and exchanger. FUNCTIONThe water pressure must be between 0,8 and 1 bar in a cold state (which does not happen on a circuit with open fireplace / stove!, which

will logically remain at zero pressure), never go beyond 1,5-2 bar at the moment of heat.Once you reach the optimal level, close the tap carefully. It is very important, because the pressure could rise (or rather it will certainly) again, causing enormous risks to the system. PLUSSimplicity of use and assembly with considerable reduction in instal-lation time.

Il kit scambiatore con carico impianto consente il riempimento dell’impianto secondario, andando a prelevare acqua dal circuito primario (che solitamente ha già il carico dell’acquedotto a monte).Il kit è comprensivo di rubinetto di chiusura, manometro, tubi in rame, sfiati automatici per entrambi i circuiti e scambiatore. FUNZIONELa pressione dell’acqua deve essere compresa tra 0,8 e 1 bar in stato di freddo (cosa che non succede su un circuito con camino/

stufa a vaso aperto! che logicamente rimarrà a pressione zero), non andare mai oltre l’1,5-2 bar al momento di caldo. Rag-giunto il livello ottimale, chiudete con attenzione il rubinetto. E’ molto importante, perché la pressione potrebbe alzarsi (anzi lo farà sicuramente)ancora, causando enormi rischi all’impianto.
