F) A WORD FROM CEO

Our workforce is not highly educated & experienced. Due to initial financial

difficulties moral was low. Now they have started taking interest in product

improvements and 5’S’ activities.

Workplace cooperation is a prerequisite for a strong team work. Employees working

as a team are an important asset for any enterprise. With the SCORE module I

initiatives-simple yet highly effective- our team work has strengthened and the

workers’ job satisfaction and motivation has increased.

In spite of all the limitations due to financial crunch our workforce is motivated and

taking interest in improvement, cost cutting & productivity increase . The relations

between management & workmen is more Harmonious. This is the real gain of our

industry.
