The University ensured thatstudents’ travel to the examcenter was minimum in the�mes of COVID-19. Studentswere given the op�ons tochoose from the centers closerto their homes. A�er theanalysis of the aspirants choicefillings, IITE decided to conductexamina�on at the centershaving choice of more than 10aspirants.

No Compromise with Students’ Safety

SOP issued by MHRD for conduc�ng exams was strictly followed

• Thermal Scanning of Students, Wearing of Face Masks and Sani�zing of Hand be ensured.

• On duty invigilators should con�nuously wear mask and proper hand gloves

• No more than 12 students in a room to ensure 2 mtr. physical distance

• Health & Family Welfare Department

• Gujarat Police

• Due to their extended support, arrangements at various examina�on centres were properly done, which helped to conduct the i3T successfully


IITE prepared 12,000 safety kits comprising Face

Shield, Mask, Hand Sanitizer Pouches for all the applicants and Examination Centers’ administrative staff

Staff of IITE work �relessly for nearly 48 hours to make the Kits to be distributed to the students

Admit Card was made available to the applicants on 30th July on website of IITE

It was tracked continuously and at nearly 6 time intervals SMS were sent to the applicants

It was ensured that almost 100% applicants download their Admit Card

It signifies that proper management always makes it possible

Continuous SMS reminders to the applicants for 4 days for downloading their Admit Card for appearing in the entrance examination

All the officers along with the sealed question papers reached to their respective examination centersand the question papers were stored in the strong room in the presence of Police

Every applicant’s body temperature was checked at all the examination centersand safety kits were provided to them

Out of 10011applicants, who downloaded the Admit Card

9931appeared in the entrance exam


The huge turnout of applicants at the exam centersshowed that if planned properly, students are also willing to appear in the off-line examinations
