To manage the human emotional problems according to the previous relationship developed among the colleagues may sometimes derail the new supervisor. Avoiding a long time relationship is harder for anyone because a friendly relationship builds through days. So, when they are moving to the supervisory positions they fail to establish the supervisory power over their previous colleagues. The leadership style may vary from person to person but the core leadership formation is always same to all. As all leaders are working on their learned perceptions it will always be different in the workforce. Training on the leadership can build a strong and interpersonal relationship among the supervisors and subordinates. Through leadership training and its meaningful final objective the relationship can be built on the organizational needs and wants. The practiced and controlled mechanisms can be useful for different types of organizational needs. rom the early leadership theories Trait Theory can be very much helpful to deal problems with the early managers those who are transferring from colleagues to supervisors. The supervisory powers of the managers have been practiced by the

autocratic authorities to meet the demand of their own needs and wants. This has been maintaining for a long time of organizational practices. That could be measured by the performances of the managers and their subordinates as a team. Trait theory can lead a manager to the exact operational maintenance of the organizational stuff controlling. It could be directed as the manager goes up to the higher stages of authority, in all time the required leadership can be shaped by the practice of Trait Theory in organizations.

ccording the text theories the outsider can be easy solution to retain the higher managerial position to control subordinates in the same department. Clashes will be less in that outside recruitment of higher level of managers. But internal recruitment

with the proper aid of training can lead the entire organization to the destination of a most suitable orientation to get the full performance of the leader and his or her subordinates as a team. The internal recruited already knows the performance of colleagues, how they will react to a management decision and how to control the situation from the most experienced way, as the present supervisor was the part the whole team when they had responded to the internal management decisions to get the organization to highest possible stage. Possibilities to get through the demanded authoritative mechanisms of the entire organization could go up like anything if the managers get the proper leadership training in a long time process to lead the organization from a most experienced view.
